  1. Love this, take but it negates the fact Noni would actually have to be able to pick said striker out with an acurate pass... or have the ability to put it on someones head... either the entire team cant head a ball or Noni cant cross...
  2. We signed Mudryk, Neto, Noni, Palmer, Felix, Sancho - 250 Million quid spent. And Forrest had this guy for 3.5 million Not prolific but does a job for a team currently sitting ahead of us in the table and has better numbers than Neto, felix, Mudryk and compares to Sancho. https://www.whoscored.com/players/350088/show/callum-hudson-odoi Clownlake...
  3. And because we should be challenging for the title. The league is wide open this season; the weakest title race it has seen in years, City fell off a cliff, Liverpool only has Salah, then choose 4 from the rest. Top four should have been ours, a title push should have been on the cards until our own manager derailed it. Lets see if the stat gurus opta have called it right? suggest one point more than last season. Great improvement if true. I'll cheer that. 1 Liverpool (87.42) 2 Arsenal (80.44) 3 Manchester City (69.47) 4 Nottingham Forest (65.64) 5 Chelsea (64.20)
  4. See, I just look at results, we were top four form wise under "spurs face"... I was prepared to give the guy benefit of doubt, he certainly didnt diss the club like the fat waiter, reckon this season would have been massively different as well. Essentially, we're now shopping in the championship for managers... KDH transfer highlights the gulf in divisions and quality. So yeah, keep hoping Ancelotti comes back to us like the godfather... Outside of that. Might as well go down to the championship with Maresca and we can win promotion wth him because I am all out of ideas as to who comes to Chelsea.
  5. If Poch was too Spursy, then what is Maresca? He is a lovely man by all accounts, but is he cut out to lead us back to the glory lands that everyone insists Poch couldn't? He has until the end of the season to show us he can actually get this side playing exciting football and turn it around. If we finish outside the top four as per the club and manager's expectation then he's more Spursy than the guy he replaced. Said it at the start of the season, we needed continuity, should have kept the manager we had and now we're all sucking it up looking at players who were confident look a shodow of their former selves. The league is wide open this season; the weakest title race it has seen in years, City fell off a cliff, Liverpool only has Salah, then choose 4 from the rest. Top four should have been ours, a title push should have been on the cards until our own manager derailed it.
  6. Doesnt even matter if the articles are right or wrong, We all know he's not going to hang around if we dont get top four. Its as simple as that.
  7. I'd take Poch over Maresca any day of the week on current trajectory. Didnt want him going given how we were starting to perform. Poch had us on the up and we were becoming an attacking force, and we're sinking under Maresca and playing anti-football when we started the season like a house on fire... My take is that was Poch's influence over the group and as the season has progressed we've regressed. It's awful football to watch and the players must be bored out their stupid little minds playing it.
  8. Im now of the opinion every single move away from Stamford Bridge should be bitterly opposed. I think after nearly 3 years worth of asset stripping the club of all wealth, us fans should not think the owners are benevolent and generous and care about the club.... They really dont, they just want money at all costs. Any move from SB needs to be opposed- bitterly, bitterly opposed.
  9. Thought I'd repost this from last week. Yep... As I suspected, Not even fit to play and is taking flak. 🤣
  10. Lips that move more than feet and ability... Sums up the babies currently wearing the blue. No desire, no courage, all mouth no trousers... cowards...
  11. Bring back poch... 😂 Less spursy than the current out of depth manager we have.
  12. Can we stop the Yankie twats coming to the ground, ensure theyre not welcome?
  13. Anytime you read new investor cash being used to pay existing investors, its pretty much a ponzi, like BTC... I wonder when the sum in charge launch NFT's and other digital assets designed at ripping money from you.
  14. I like the optimism, but, we have pretty much exhausted the Cobham Graduates along the lines of gallagher et all... We now have speculative purchases for future gain, written off hundreds of millions on players no longer playing for us and im not sure what china is left to sell... Oh, except for the ground we play in... And those Yank tards are probably looking at all ways to take it from us. f**k them... Get them out before they bankrupt us. Disaster capitalism meets CFC... Scum... money hungry scum.
  15. Fair play... his career has basically ended with us, he knows it. He should have gone in January. Was a transfer lined up and the club then said no? It's not just him though is it. The malaise is across the pitch. Ultimately - given the situation, I'd rather defend the players over the board. I'd rather focus on that than whats happening at board level. The players and manager are the only ones who can really turn it around.
  16. Terrified of the big bad wolf when its like this old chap.
  17. No, but if the player was sold on a move to us by saying he was going to be the main man in the 10 role, gets injured and see's palmer literally struggling to have any kind of impact on a game. You're going to check out. We've had managers pick teams to highlight deficincies in the squad before... One of those won us league titles. My point is really that a good manager would have found a way to use nkunku. Wasnt an issue for Poch when Nkunku was fit, there wasnt an issue with fans about his lack of effort. Cant win them all.
  18. @Ukraine Bolt mute... will save you a lot of grief. I've not looked back...
  19. Im going to defend Nkunku if I may. Ive done it for Jackson... But we've not seen the best out of him because he isnt a striker. He's not a striker. I cant blame him for that. im simply going to suggest he looks disinterested because he's being asked to play a role he doesnt know how to play so looks like he's not interested? The best managers, as we can all testify to, find ways to use players out of their best positions. We could even argue weve seen managers downing tools with squad selection trying to make a point to the board? I dont see what the fuss is about playing him in his preferred role until we can find a solution. that's squarely on the manager who I think needs to find alternative solutions to his tactics. We can all see what works, execpt for the gaffer who has his hands tied to various degrees.
  20. Think VVD is essential to them TAA, very replaceable. Salah, irreplaceable. Either way, Klopp left a season to soon as he would have walked the league with the current side.
  21. Im waiting for people to throw their rattles out of the pram blaming Jackson for not being fit and available now... Damned if he does or doesnt! Lets see how Maresca gets on reinventing his tactics to work with the players he has.
  22. Liverpool will be gash next season without salah. One man team of filth
  23. Not sure cricet can offer Basball anything... Cricket did knick how to throw a ball without causing injury though. im a secret basball fan tbh... love the way the yanks make something so tedious an enjoyable watch.
