Following Our Nearest And Dearest Rivals 2024/25
Kai Havertz and Timo Werner will be fondly remembered for their time at chelsea and the premier league - winning the Champions League with the Blues and then going on to derail Arsenal and Spurs cup and title aspirations over a number of seasons. We need to ship some more junk out to them.

Wesley Fofana at Chelsea *Official*
As far as I can tell, those players havent had the same injuries since leaving the club. the CHO one is mind bending. He's not missed much at forrest since signing for them, and this guy is better than anything we've signed since pushing him out the club, bar possibly Noni. Reckon its the trainign ground pitches at Cobham?

Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall - Decent Squad Player
I actually feel for the player here. Really hope he finds a club that wants him. Good luck KDH and thanks for signing for us, sorry our manager and board are muppets in all this.
-
Nicolas Jackson - striker
the club have spent literally a billion quid on building a side and they only signed Jackson as a striker, Washington came and went, Broja departed to everton where he's been injured and we singed Guiu. Fans can get on Jacksons back, but he is simply a scapegoat for the owners who havent helped him or the club out by bringing in soeone who can share the load or bring something different to the team. Moan and bitch all you like about Jackson, despite all the fan pressure, he has and does turn up and give it all. He is one of the only players I can remember that divides the fanbase. Even when he's sticking the ball in the net he gets mashed up. I think that's mad.

Trevoh Chalobah
If chalobah comes back, big if given how badly the club treated him, then that is a promotion from within. Doesnt cost any moreny, and we know that he is a premiership defender. Personally, I hope he stays at palace and sticks his fingers up to the board and he goes on to have a superb premiership career. I also think it would be a huge mistake to go for Guehi, I like him, I think he's a very good player, but will probably cost too much given we have talent available in the club. Its on Maresca to find it, work with it which im starting to think he might not be so good at doing.

Nicolas Jackson - striker
Why would Isak join us though? Not fussed about him at all and Ant and dec can keep him. I dont think hed offer much that we dont already have.
-
Trevoh Chalobah
@Argo just a question of what you would rather play in defence. Forfana has played so little in a chelsea shirt I dont really consider him a chelsea player. 2300 minutes in three seasons come the summer. Chalobah has played 2600 minutes in the past two. Statistically, one player is far more likely to play than the other and that makes them more reliable. I love colwill, he does get a bad press. As for ball carrying, why sign the DnB and Tosin if they cant play a pass.
-
Trevoh Chalobah
OK. I dont think Chalobah is a bad player. Certainly better than our current two recently signed ones. we can beg to differ but the club has absolutely scored an own goal. Also, if chalobah is a better player than the other two, that is actually improving the squad on what we have. you can also argue we weakened the squad sending him out on loan. I agree with both these things. When was the last time James was fit? Sadly, as much as I love James, want him in the side, he hasnt played enough football or remained injury free to be conisdered an option. Josh? seriously, yes, a talent, yes, to be given minutes, but my word, everyone is jumping the gun here given Colwill gets a bad press around these parts and is 3 years older right? I'd take experience currently over youthful exuberance as that will get you top four.

Trevoh Chalobah
Not sure what the issue is recalling a Chelsea player back from loan. Is he an improvement on Desasi, Badesheille, Forfana. 100% upgrade. Is his replacement Tosin better? no, i can see why Fulham let him go. I cant remember those three not making a mistake or being a sick note. We need to move those three on in january. The fact that we had to let the better more committed defender out of the club to accommodate those three players tells you everything you need to know about the management who run the club. Folk also didnt rate Gallagher, thought Felix would be better, Enzo would finally do something other than upset team mates and the club, we had Casadei etc etc who were better. Turns out, none of them were and we were forced to buy YouTube baller so we could push the club captain out the club to the current La Liga topping champions league side. The grass isnt always greener and we're desperate for some experience and the club are pushing Chilwell out to be replaced by what?

Pedro Neto *Official*
I think my point was that the midfield hasn't contributed that many goals. Like you, I don't understand why some players don't play and others do. The dip in form shows that everyone is not performing. fingers crossed we improve soon.

Pedro Neto *Official*
Im not feeling this. As a club, we've had a nightmare time since the last days of Tuchel to score goals, we only did under him when we had a fully fit Chilwell and James. When Poch turned up - he had to teach the team to score goals. By the time he left, we were a high scoring side but conceeding tons. We were a high scoring side for the first half of the season, now we cant score. Outside of Palmer and Jackson who between them have 22 goals. (stop these two and you stop Chelsea) We have a midfield that doesn't score goals. Caicedo (1), Fernandez (3), Felix (1), Neto (1), Nukunku (2), Sancho (2), Noni (5), have 15 goals between them, this is bad. Our defenders dont shoot and dont win headers at corners. We hardly score from set pieces unless Disasi is in the team. sure, Jackson's head will fall off his shoulders if he heads the ball, and he's guilty of missing sitters, but he isn't the issue for the lack of goals when the problem is much wider and appears to be coming back into the squad after nearly 18 months of free-scoring. Plamer and Jackson have outscored 7 players.

Following our ex`s...
My fantasy team is all past and present players... 😉

Levi Colwill
TBF, the stuff Colwill faces is pretty much what JT faced at the dawn of the internet. Some Chelsea fans wanted him to move to Nottingham who he was loaned to. Thank god he didnt want to go. Not sure Colwill gets to JT's level, but he's a very decent premiership level defender already.

Enzo Maresca - Chelsea "Head Coach" *Official NOW SACKED*
Honestly, the first half of the season has been a lot of fun that I really wasnt expecing. Credit due to Maresca for that. Ive called him a w**ker simply because of his refusal to use Nkunku in the league. If we didnt get Sancho, not sure who would be playing on the left for us. He is obviously really stubborn about his selections for his systems. But he really needs to be utilising the entire squad more because the last four games have really taken the wind out of the sails. He just seems to be making a few odd decisions. Said he needs a full season and we can see in the summer what has gone well or wrong... but his approach of not using all squad players (presumably becuase he doesnt rate certain players) is highlighting our wonky transfer strategy, perhaps its an aim to get players in January or the summer.
-
Romeo Lavia
It says a lot about the transfer strategy when a player who has spent more time injured than playing for us is lauded as the saviour of our midfield. Wont just be fans delighted to see him back but Caciedo as well. After Gallagher, thought Chuck would have been given a role.
-
Cole Palmer signs for Chelsea!
Miss out on top four, cant see the guy wanting to stay. Liverpool have a Salah-sized hole opening up on the right in the summer.
-
Ok Enzo Maresca... prove me wrong!
Sorry... got my blue doom glasses on after the last few results.
-
Ok Enzo Maresca... prove me wrong!
I dont even want to consider this as a theory if im honest. and im sure it would have been found out about if true... I dont relly want to believe Mudryk is a juicer but we're waiting on news...
-
Ok Enzo Maresca... prove me wrong!
I think something has gone wrong behind the scenes. I get form and especially us have bad patches, but the manner in which it has gone wrong so quickly against the lesser clubs in the division makes me go WTF. Thought Palace would be a tough game, it was. We have players in the bomb squad still here after the transfer window has opened... So the players/ agents/ club havent (as yet) managed to find a club over teh past five months. Players who have signed just haven't really stepped up yet and others on loan or sold are playing better. Madueke has all but vanished and outside of Jackson and Palmer, he carries a potent threat despite being indifferent form-wise. (think he may be sold this January) not sure if anyone plays on the left wing its been so absent of goals from it and we dont score from set pieces and midfield when Palmer isnt on form. From free scoring and the gaffer tweaking things so we're not so attacking we've started to struggle. bad Xmas, new year is here, we will see what this squad has going forward.

Wesley Fofana at Chelsea *Official*
I feel bad for the player tbh, and lesser extent the club. unfortunately, he continues to be a sick note but the club decided to buy him, and it looks a bad decision.
-
What would your January plans be?
Including the owners? Want them out before players at this rate.

Wesley Fofana at Chelsea *Official*
More money being thrown onto the fire. Honestly, this has been a disaster since it was first rumoured signing. Top flight career over and should just file an insurance claim alongside James and Mudryk.

Pedro Neto *Official*
You do get late developers in the game. he is also supposedly entering prime years for a winger. Willian wasnt exactly prolific, nor Pedro but they contributed.
