Where are the big tv screens going?

If you could get Carlo and Jose to team up and have Jose do the tatics and have Carlo deal with the press that would be perfect.

Like Torres we signed him a few years too late. Im not that upset about the loan but if someone at the club was stupid enough to sign him at the end of the season I would be pissed off. Would have been nice if we had kept Bamford so he could have learnt off the likes of Falcao, Remy and maybe Costa.

I would have to disagree. Last season we got knocked out without losing a game. Not really being destroyed. Also people forget that we struggled under Carlo. They remember the late run we went on when we beat teams 5,6 or 8 nill but it wasnt long before that we were struggling. I liked Carlo and I did feel bad for him they way he was sacked but I never felt confident with him in charge. This is just my opinion.

Nice guy but over rated manager. We got destroyed both years in the CL that he was here.

Maybe... just maybe Jose is trying to get himself sacked? Maybe he wont get a pay out if he leaves but if he is sacked he might get a nice leaving present. Im not saying this is the case but who knows.

The problem is JT is captain but Jose doesnt seem to want to play him for some unknown reason. So Brana is vice captain so he plays. It should be the other way around imo but im not the manager

Before I get heat for saying this I want to be clear that I dont think Jose has lost the dressing room. However some/most of the players are playing the way like the team did towards the end of AVB's time imo. Players are in the news everyday saying its not good enough and the team needs to improve etc but we are just not seeing that on the pitch. I honestly think we are missing leaders like Frank, Drogba and Cech. With JT on the bench we dont even have our captain on the pitch. Who can we look to that will grab the game by the scruff of the neck and drive us forward? I hate to say it but we have lost that tough backbone that won us so many titles. We are more like Arsenal right now than the Chelsea of old.

The only one I agree with is Mata over Oscar. Lukaku is hit and miss. De Bruyne is doing well at the moment but I dont think it will last.

Its true in a way but lets be honest if Costa didnt do what Costa does then they wouldnt be a reason to try and suspend him.

I cant think of anything better than him coming back to coach under Jose and then maybe one day taking over as manager and winning us every title/cup going.

This current team is missing Frank. Frank was a leader and someone you could count on.

I do wonder if some players have been told when signing that when they are fit they will play. Costa and Fab are two that should really be dropped in replace for Remy and Rambo. When Jose was first with us he didnt worry about dropping players. Drogba didnt play well, Crespo played the next game. Ricky C didnt play well, Gallas played the next game etc. This doesnt seem to happen anymore.

For me the most worrying thing is things arent being changed. Its pretty much the same team every week apart from JT being dropped. there are a handful of players that should be benched but instead they play 90 mins each and every week. What happened to the Jose that wasnt afraid to drop anyone the moment they werent pulling their weight?!

I think Remy should be our number one striker and Costa should be used more as an impact sub.

I would rather City win the League than United. It would be nice for United not to win it for a good while just to bring their fans back down to earth.

Matic will come back in against Arsenal for sure.

Although I am as excited as most about they way he played yersterday lets not get over the top excited. He still has a long way to go to build the trust with the manager. Lucky for him, he is still very young and has a lot of time in front of him. I would guess that Mikel will leave in January or next summer and RLC will take his place behind Matic in the team.

Without a doubt Begovic. Yet again we could have shipped in a lot more goals if he hadn't been on form.

Ancelotti was the only recent manage who people talk about giving youth a chance and the only reason Josh got a chance was because the board sold or let go of Ballack, Deco and Belleti and didn't replace any of them so we were left light in midfield.

Until there is a rule against it then they should keep their nose out of our business.

My point is what you player could replace a first team memeber now. Not who could be good enough if they were played a lot and became better. If you were Hazard or JT would you be pleased to sit on the bench while Sinclair or Kalas played trying to get better? As I said we are a big club with superstars in the team and those superstars demand to play. If they are unhappy they will want to leave. Its all well and good wanting to see some youth come through but we dont want to lose our current superstars either.

I do get your point how ever Juve and Barca play in a league where they are pretty much going to win the league every year. There isnt the pressure that the Premier league holds. I do agree with you about giving players a chance since some of our stars arent playing well. It did annoy me that Courtois just walked back into the team after his stupid sending off. The issue with dropping one of the stars for a youth player is the star is going to be unhappy which causes a bad atmosphere inthe dressing room and say we still dont win then the manager gets stick for playing the youth instead of the stars we have. I think its natural for really big teams not to bring youth players through very much.

I think its far too easy to blame Jose for the player not making it in our team. Actually we should be looking at the players. Name me one youth player how should replace any first team player in our team? I cant think of any. Yes these kids need game time and thats what loans are for. Now loaning the player to the right team is a big issue but I doubt Jose has much say in that. Take Wallace for example. Chelsea wanted him to go to one team but he wanted to join Inter and didnt play all season. We are a big team now. We arent a Swansea or West brom. If we dont win the usually the manager is sacked. So how can you blame a manager playing his best players and not risking his job by playing the kids.
