Following Our Nearest & Dearest Rivals, 2016/2017
For those who remember the Chelsea site from the late 1990s, there's this gem from the quotes section: "If you're Marco van Basten, I'm Father Christmas" -to Marco van Basten at the training ground

In theory, it sounds great. in practice, it would only apply to players in blue shirts with "Yokohama Tyres" on them.

You don't suppose Martin Atkinson had been influenced by the media do you? We all know what had happened earlier that week...

Apparently he said that he will be fielding the kids in the replay.

Suffice to say it's been a bit of a shock to the Southern League fans.

Disk space disappearing
My PC has suddenly and mysteriously lost a large quantity of disk space since yesterday. Saturday night, when I went to bed: c.60GB Shortly after I turned it on today, 8GB, then 5GB, then 1GB. Clear out my C drive and downloads, and it's up to 167GB...only to go down to 122. Does anyone else have this problem, and if so, how do I fix it?

Guess what Moh decided to talk about when ArsenalFanTV interviewed him. All I'm saying is that fans of several clubs have told him he was out of order.

"We are xxxx, super xxxx..." chants. Everyone and their dog has them nowadays. The worst one? Sholing's "We are Sholing, we are Soling, super Sholing, from Sholing." They are now known as "Sholing from Sholing" at Winchester City.

Chelsea paid hush money allegations
I think he's referring to the revelations from Celtic.

Non-league
Enjoyed the game on Saturday; despite the result, City, I feel, matched Hamlet all the way and were unlucky not to get an equaliser. Certainly watched in much better spirit than previous cup ties, which have seen pitch invasions (Mangotsfield, Maidenhead), the visitors vandalising the away dressing room (Maidenhead), a visiting fan turning up drunk and getting chucked out after taking umbrage at not being served (Weymouth), and one-song bellends (Sholing, who, as their fans sang throughout the match, are from Sholing).

The King Alfred and the Mucky Duck, and the Albion are all on the route from the station to the ground. I don't drink, but thanks for the offer. I'm fine with a can of coke.

Winchester City have reached the 3rd qualifying round of the FA Trophy for the very first time, and their reward is a home tie against Dulwich Hamlet.

FIFA Remembrance Fiasco
It's the double standards that get my goat. Earlier this year Ireland had shirts commemorating the rising and back in 2014 Argentina's players posed with a banner claiming the Falkland Islands. If that's not political then I'm Abraham Lincoln.
