Some of you might be aware of the prank played by Rangers fans on Celtic fans last season that went by the name "Operation Tango". Celtic needed Rangers to lose and they had to win to retain the title Basically....a section of Rangers fans had friends who followed Celtic and knew they would be at the game, so they hatched an idea to text at a specific point during the Rangers game saying that Davie Weir had been sent off and Dundee Utd had went 1-0 up via a penalty. On TV you could hear a massive cheer go up in the Celtic end as the text messages arrived only for them to realise that it was a prank as those with radios confirmed it was Rangers who went 1-0 up. So what I'm asking....do you think we could hatch a similar plan today if/when we go in front against Wigan or would be a bit short notice ?

I can undestand the anger at the refs in recent times, but if I'm honest we cant keep resorting to what ifs and maybes. We didnt get a few penalty decisions our way......these things happen, they seem to happen to us alot, especially in the CL, but we should be creating the chances to score goals from open play rather than hoping for penalties. Against Inter we didnt do enough to win the tie. I cant even remember a save that Cesar had to make on Tuesday. That alone says it all. No doubt JT will be hung out to dry by UEFA, he's had alot on his plate recently and this has possibly tipped him over the edge.

I'm sure theres loopholes we can work around to get this decision overturned. This pre-contract palarva seems too cloak and dagger for my liking. Legally he cant sign anything until he's 16, so in theory, he never had a professional contract, therefore fair game.

The ironic thing is, quite alot of fools on other forums are writing us off for the title when in reality the decision doesnt really affect us at all this coming season. Had the decision not been made they'd still be saying we're favourites for the title. The chances of us signing anyone in January anyway are/were slim to none, The ACON was still goping to happen, now all of a sudden because of the ACON we're f*cked......lol Seriously.....these morons havent a clue.

Totally agree......Its funny that other fans are writing off our chances this season. Tbh, this ruling doesnt really change anything. As far as the ACON is concerned, the club wil have prepared for the loss of several players and we would be unlikely to have signed anyone in January anyway. The game is still well and truly on. As I've mentioned....I dont think theres anything stopping us signing players on a pre-contract or loaning them back to a club for a period of time until the January 2011 window opens.

Another thought spinning round my head..... Could we sign players, but loan them back to that club again until the ban has ended ? That way the player/s isnt registered to play for us......do you get where I'm going with this ?
