Hey guys, Now I was going over some of our previous seasons results simply cause I was bored and I though the last time we had won a league match over Arsenal before 2005 was the 2-1 victory at Stamford Bridge in May 95 when Furlong and Stein scored but according to this http://www.mychelseafc.com/previous_results/95results.htm the last time we beat them was on 30th Sept 2005 and Mark Hughes scored the winner. I can't say I remember this match saying that at the time I was only just about getting into watching football. Does anyone remember this?

I definitely think Ricki & JT was better than Gallas & JT, Ricki was Mourinho's best signing in my opinion

I'll admit I stll hate Gallas but I dont hate Joe Cole that guy was my favourite player for years.

We last won at Villa two seasons ago and I think we only won that game because we had to. I personally think we'll get beat especially without JT and Alex at CB.

He's really injury prone, he'd be the biggest waste of money since Shevchenko

As much as I don't rate him Heskey will give Bruma trouble for sure

A few things about this fixture 1. we have a terrible record at Villa 2. They are good in the air and Alex n now maybe JT are out which either means Bruma or (please no) Paulo at CB alongside Iva So I think a draw would be a great result just hope Drogba and co are up for this cause this was one of the fixtures last season (even thought scored) Didier disappeared in.

What worries me with him and Alex out it probably does mean Bruma and Iva at CB against Villa, they are very good in the air and from set pieces too. We also have a bad record there looks like everythings falling into place for Villa.

That was strange I must say. I remember reading that he wanted more money on a contract offer but surely when he left and went to Arsenal his wages were worse. Its just all abit strange, did he threaten to score an own goal, I doubt he will admit it if he did.

I definitely agree with that and his performances did decline at Arsenal. The season after aswell injuries cost us winning the league title for a third time and he would have been good to have had when JT was out BUT getting rid of him did bring us the best LB in the world but we might have gotten him anyway. But overall I'm sure Gallas regrets leaving Chelsea.

I wasnt a huge fan of Le Saux, his temperament got is in trouble way too many times. Ashley Cole is a much better player than Le Saw was.

I'm just watching the 05/06 season review and I really don't get what happened with Gallas. I mean why did he want to leave he looked happy, we were Premiership champions, he was playing with his mates. On a side the goal against Spurs was one of the best I've ever seen from a defender. How do you think he will be remembered. I mean I hated him when he went to Arsenal and the way he left but he was a superb servant for the club. So looking back why did he want to leave and how will he be remembered to you?
