I actually agree with Blue Daze, the ones who are calling us boring are the idiots nothing more. The only pundits I've heard that have gave us this criticism of playing are Phil Neville and since when did his sh*te opinion ever matter? Andy Goldstein keeps going on about it but again he's a rubbish presenter just like Stan Collymore is. So who cares about them.

It is respected, like I said we all know what he is capable of. His temperament on the other hand is a true weakness. Jose has gone in bust ups but it isn't the same thing. Arsene Wenger has good temperament for example, the amount of sh*t he's took over the years yet he still hasn't given up. Guardiola in my opinion would crumble under that pressure, like he did at Barcelona with all the mind games. He looks a nervous wreck at Bayern now. His antics say a lot, he is easily worried.

This was also the same player who started telling the media he is depressed and upset linking to rumours that he wanted to leave because Messi was winning the Ballon D'or at the time and he wasn't. Iniesta also won La Liga player of the year, despite his own team winning stuff at the time also, so when it comes to accomplishments and hunger he is probably talking about his own awards.

It's not considering how he left Barcelona. He's obviously a fantastic coach nobody disputes that but he has awful temperament that is pretty much clear to see as day. Blaming the medical team and his antics aren't just pointed out by the media, he actually did that. Those things get pointed out because they are bizarre that's why they are pointed out. He even said he wanted to leave Barcelona before we knocked them out of the Champions League, rumours were always floating around. He might be a very talented coach, excellent philosopher, fantastic ideas to play football. But he lacks temperament, and that's always been a massive factor to success in the Premier League has it not? From what I've seen of him he doesn't seem cut out for the competition, he could barely handle Mourinho's comments despite getting the better of him all the time, that shows a lot of pessimism and superstition from the man a bit like Roberto Mancini, he isn't the most level headed.

It will be almost as hard to replace him as it would be Hazard. No player has that organisation and leadership that he has right now. I don't even think Kurt is that type of player, Kurt is more technical and even though he will turn out to be a top centre back, even better than Cahill I think he will always be mistake prone. As for JT he will be very hard to replace, not sure where we can even start to look for his replacement I really don't.

Cesc is nowhere near the twat he was at Arsenal, at Arsenal he used to always say sh*te about other teams and whinge and complain on the field. His bust ups with Lampard were annoying also, I believe he also spat at Michael Ballack also, and then the celery incident. I haven't seen that behavior here from him once, he seems calm and content most of the time, isn't a complainer, gets back up and gets on with it. Hasn't said a bad word about anyone either he has remained humble in every press conference yet when he used to be a snide prick at Arsenal. Either he matured more at and was similar at Barca or Mourinho has been a good influence on him, maybe both. I like the bloke now though and not only because he is a Chelsea player he seems a different person, he has gotten that stupid Arsenal pretty boy whinger out of his system.

He has been good this year though, he was average from September to December, I have no idea why Schurrle got such little game time. But since 2015 Willian has put in decent performances as well as quality ones, can't really fault him. Put some faith into Cuadrado, lets see how he turns out next season, maybe he can show something before the season finishes give us some more hope. But if he is an ideal rotation option then I don't think we will have any troubling issues on the right side. I still think we will regret not playing Schurrle when we did though, maybe he might of left anyway but we had a match winner in that one, I'm just hoping Cuadrado does turn out to be that winger with end product that we need.

The man has very bad temperament, he wanted to leave Barcelona due to being scared of losing to Jose despite winning everything. He couldn't take the mind games, good manager but he would never make it in the Premier League, I would be delighted if he went to Arsenal or City.
