Don't see any reasons for rotation and ppl treating Wigan like we were playing a pub side. I think Torres is shot and has lost a yard of pace. I don't think he is the type of striker we need anyway even if he is on form. As to AVB not being fair to him, you don't know how Torres is doing in training. If anything, with AVB ruling out selling him in Jan or in the summer think that is more than being fair to the bloke to give him a chance to make it here. I would have wanted to get rid asap.

Good post ZLC. That is my view as well. I think he can still do a job for us. The only problem I think is that Josh is not gonna get a look in with Frank as a rotational player. AVB confirmed a few days ago that Lampard seeks an extension to his contract so I take it as a sign that he wants to stay than look to go.
