Random Rumours
Rui fariri (however you spell it) our next manager. For gods sake roman get rid of the Yank and the lady. Get a coach that can pick his own players and whats more pay the money for the best British players. The europeans their heart aint in it, even though the special one has well gone past his sell by date thats the one main thing he got right.

What a night at city on that 2-0. So many young golfers in the crowd!!!!!!!!!. What a mob that night, good job we won. Loved the flag that states something along the lines of" Tottenham here we come". Long walk back from Euston that night to South London. Every cabbie did not want to go south of the river. Thats arsenal fans for you.

The gypsies from the east did come in numbers round by the bovril. They did smash some old Oaps and kids. We were all on the whitewall waiting for em, they always loved coming up the stairs. Anyway by the time we got over to the bovril the 14 year olds had already ran the gypsies out....they knew were we were and did not want it..

Southampton V Chelsea (PL) Sat 14th Apr 12:30 UK
We have very good players, there just happens to be a lack of "British never give up attitude" time for a mass clear out, give some kids a chance also ban Alonso before the league do. The young Italian leftback looks keener and quicker........still only my opinion. Conte how have the board managed to kill his passion? He has given up, shame he was our driving force.

Well Mr Harris he is not playing for a quality side. Ours even though most are merceneries are quality. Who ever sanctioned the likes of Drinkwater and The Scouser need their heads to be examined. The Russian maybe keeping a low profile especially if he deals in tea supplements or white powder. We need Chelsea through and through players....Willian and Kante i agree with you and Zappacota and the new lad from Italy, at least they have passion...Hazard is on his way thank god that is what has cost us. Lets buy the best British money can get.stick Abrahams in the middle. He is like Greaves, he scores inside the six yard box, i have watched him for the last 5 years at Aldershot.....out of the kids the only one who has shown passion.......Enough is enough give the working mans game back.

Still its better than losing 6-0 to Rotherham.......Jose was right Roman kick out the American clear the foreign crap out and get the best English or at least British talent a go.....for gods sake let Abrahams have 2 or 3 games now. Yes i was at Bolton the day Flasher kept us up.Blue will always be the colour.

Conte aint the problem though now he will have to go as he has lost his passion for Chelsea. The American as chairmen that aint got a clue. Let the coach pick his players Americans have no real passion for football. They call Football some strange name and have not got a clue What Chelsea is all about Good clear out now, moses Hazard, Pedro and Alonzo and postmen pat. Get some English backbone and passion.

I am with bluehaze on this one. Bates was never real Chelsea. It was a business and power tool for him thats all he did not love Chelsea like us,it really is in the blood, not sure what he really had in his.......still looks like he mad a few bob looking at the size of his belly......diffrent opinions Carshalton we all have our own.

Must admit shame about "old square ball" hope he gets well soon. Even when he went to the Mancs he was always CHELSEA.

Carshalton, first of all thankyou for starting this thread its fantastic. Even Chelsea brothers have differences Uncle ken was not born Chelsea. When i say kill, i mean electric fences. Chi is correct he did do alot for us. When you want to electrify your own fans. When you get left in sweden after paying huge prices to Chelsea FC to get there write letter of complaint and get tol d"tough" then you know who is real CHELSEA. Like i said difference of opinion. Keep up the good work.

To be fair he did save us. Once a northener always a northener same with the Americans. The Russian has certainly put "his money were his mouth is " to me Good old uncle ken tried to kill us (instead of listening to us ) though thank the heavens for bank of Scotland and MH.

Chi, great post. Mr Pennant would never say good things about us, hes West Ham. Remember East London was full of people who thought they were the real cheeky chappie hard nut Londoners. Trust me i have seem Mr Pennent and the big BG deny they were West Ham when playing us and beg to be let out from the front of the Shed. We always had the best London mob, just there was 7-6 diffrent mobs,we never were that organised. We gave it to everyone for many years other than West ham.......why i dont know till the lTe seventys early eighties when we gave it to em back at upton park. That bloody corner flag going backwards and forwards. Alright millwall done us their, if we organiised we would of always dominated london. Mr pennent, Swallow,BG will never admit it but we killed em at Victoria and Parsons Green yet they never will cause they were the i cant fight mob.

Carsholton we all have our opinions and we are entitled to them........some vote out of europe others to stay in it is all about opinions. I may well be wrong with greaves, everytime j saw him with the scouse sweatyon their football programme it was always Spurs this Spurs that and i hate N17 even worse than Arsenal, scousers, mancs, pikeys from the east, geordies Welsh, celtic sweatys. South London pikeys, anyone who aint Chelsea......Though funny thing is i lke N17s manager even though he is an Argie. Chelsea i love more than anything and soon will be visiting Stamford Bridge again. Not my Stamford Bridge anymore though still Chelsea. You have your opinion of Bates I have mine, anyone who puts electric barbed wire up did not reallylike us ......in my opinion It is all about opinions, keep up the good work Ps who is J

Carshalton an absolutly tremendous post. In my family i have two elder brothers me and the eldest were the "herberts" the middle one watched the football and joined in only when he had too. I loved to join in first but also loved anything Chelsea South West london is all that matters and Chelsea Football club, the rest of london is was and always will be shall we say "unclean." Please dont put Bates on a pedestal he wanted to kill us. He did not have to put up with police beating you for no reason in any part of this country or abroad, we got "what was coming to us" in his mind though I agree he picked us up again when we were sh*t and got rid of the leeches.Stocholm was a great example, coming home was absolute chaos bates did not give a monkeys. You are right about the early 70s team underachievers really but they were CHELSEA my Chelsea always will be. The ex players were bound to bad mouth us, they were working class kids that came good just because they could play football. They lost out on thousands compared to even 10 years after the end of their careers.erarnt One thing is they are and always will be Chelsea. To me Greaves s truly the one who forgot where he started he never ever has a good word to say about us always N17. Might be good reason he may get drinks cheaper at N17. That is my opinion. You are right but please Bates never loved Chelsea, he was a business man from up north.who made his money out of the club. "us Herberts" though he hated us kept Chelsea going.at the time. Then the Russian came and he got his sheckles and was off. Your posts are fantastic and we are allowed to give our opinions thank god our Grandparents fought for that right. Keep the faith you do tremendous work on this board Thank you.

Ewell you are spot on. Once Chelsea always Chelsea. The biggest one who forgot were he come from was Jimmy Greaves, quite what Chelsea done to him we will never know. If he wants to opnly praise N17 must be a very lonely person or a stout religous man.

Peter osgood the king. I must tell my tale of The King. Anyway one of the early days at the new St Marys a work colleague who also done a bit of "master of ceremonys work in the "terry paine suite" at st marys knew i was "old school Chelsea". Though he knew i detested anything in Red (especially those scummy ones in hampshire) said be my guest at the Chelsea game. I jumped at the chance, never get tickets now my Chelsea want the tourists and yuppies now, who can blame them. Anyway we arrived outside ground to park where the players do to be greeted by "ladies of the night" actually working. Never seen this at any ground even the bill dodgers or northern monkeys were this bad. Just shows what Southampton is and why the place is called scum, as it is. anyway went up to the suite and low and behold the king is the master speaker. He was there with Mrs Osgood, really lovely lady. Any way after the corparate dinner the locals are asking the king was he Chelsea or Saint. He gave a diplomatic answer as it was all locals and i was the only Chelsea fan in the room. Being an "old school Chelsea" boy did not want to hero worshipas the king was with his wife. Anyway got talking to his misses and she looks at me and says "Peter knows your Chelsea!!!!!!!!! I still at this point had not shown my emotions (or so i thought). The game starts and we play badly and near the end of the game Fat Frank equalises, The king is out of his seat jumping about before me. One of the t nights of my life...... That same evening a lad who i used to go to Chelsea with says he is doing the kings autobigraphy.........I thought me mate was "extracting the urine" i ask ossie and he says its true......... so i got one of the first copies nd ossie personally gave it to me. Ossie was my Chelsea along with the rest and the days of Dixon Speedie etc. Blue till i die Just thought i would tell you this Ossie was only ever Chelsea, he had the heart and knew you had to be special to be Chelsra.

Youth Cup
I agree, 13-0 is a great result, under 18s run and managed by a good old Chelsea boy Jody Morris......now the under 23s are ok but not in the class of Man City or the European teams we played this year, the manager is not Chelsea. Does not know what the passion about Chelsea is, should be someone with Chelsea in the blood.

Youth Cup
Can anyone please advise as to how you get into the reserve games at Cobham or is it Chobham ? I have followed e kids for the last 4 years every game at Aldershot. It seems behind. Closed doors when not at Aldershot. Such a shame as it is my only chance of seeing my beloved Chelsea as tourists and yuppies seem to get first dibs on tickets for first team games. Watched under 23s yesterday lose to a far superior Man City side that had pace we could not cope with. Under 18s lookstrong and have a bit of passion. Under 23s weak in the middle of midfield. There saving grace is Charley Masounda, now if you could motivate him for 90 minutes what a player. Not sure the under 23 manager is the right man. He can not teach him passion to be Chelsea, simply cause he aint Chelsea.
