actually, I hope FSW doesn't get anxious and takes Ba off and puts on his boyfriend. Let Ba stay on and get his hat-trick

Feels good to have a real African marksman in the team again. Ba already a fan favourite, love it.

Can't wait to see how Ba shapes up, really excited for this one. Strong line up too. hoping for a good win :)

Demba Ba
Poor lad actually believes he passed his medical. Ba: "So, Sir, I pass my medical, yes, Sir?" Cloob Doctor: "Errr, ya, Demba, now go over to that table and play with that crate of Strawberry Syrup like a good boy whilst I try and forge some Bupa health certificates" Most sensible thing the club has done since September, proven premier league only a year older than Falcao and 40 million cheaper, Can't wait for the lad to start knocking in goals.

10 worst signings
I know it was only a loan signing, but why on earth was that overrated monstrosity Queresma bought to the club? The only reason I could fathom why he was brought here was Roman asked Scolari for a queer player meaning he wanted Torres, and he went and dragged this chancer from Inter. note: I'm not homophobic, queer does mean odd ya know . =D . .

Taison in at Chelsea
They're both very good players but it'd be tricky to get them seeing as the lad at Borussia Dortmund is under contract until 2016 and the other brother at Leverkusen until 2017 (which he only signed last year). I couldn't see Leverkusen selling us both Schurlle and Bender, but the brother who plays with Dortmund seems to be the real deal from watching him in the champions league. Either way, they'd both be welcomed 10x better than this Taison chancer!

I'd rather see Marin get a run out instead of Moses for a change, if he can spark a good game away it would do his confidence the world of good.. Just as he was beginning to settle midweek and create chances the FSW took him off and allowed Moses to continue to put his head down and dribble himself into the ground and getting corners instead of trying to get the ball in the box. He's been doing that a lot as of late and taking wild shots too. Good to keep the spirit up, if we field a team like that I can't see another poor performance/result. This has become our cup in recent years and let's at least try to keep it that way.

Demba Ba
I imagine he meant signing Falcao this month. Athletico are 2nd in La Liga, 7 points ahead of Real, and 9 points behind Barca and pushing for the title, selling their most prolific player who scores a goal nearly every game wouldn't be the wisest thing now would it? . . .It's times like this when Chelsea fans become out of touch with reality. Release clause triggered or not, Falcao isn't coming to the Bridge this month. I hope Ba's medical wasn't a disaster and we get him before the week's out, he's only a year or so older than Falcao remember lads, 7.5mil for a striker with such a good goalscoring record in England will be an ultimate steal provided his knee holds up. Even at that I think his knee problems are being blown out of proportion.

Torres - The "Groundhog Day" Thread
Drogba scored important goals in important games, against bigger teams than the pointless lap of honour goals torres has been scoring when game's have been sewn up. Like someone posted before, those statistics only tell half the tale.

Torres - The "Groundhog Day" Thread
Torres has the habit of missing 1 or 2 guilt edge chances a game, and for a striker of his (past and supposed) pedigree it's not good enough. Torres has lost his composure in front of goal, that chance tonight when he blasted at Cesar proves it, I'd imagine Sturridge would have done the same because he's like a baby elephant in the box. Had Feruz been in positions like that I'd imagine he would have slotted it away, the club needs to start blooding raw talent like that instead of shipping them off on loan. Imagine we had Lukaku in the box tonight, he would have slaughtered Ryan Nelsen.
-
Demba Ba
He can't arrive quick enough at this stage, next to no movement from Torres in the box tonight and was bossed around by Ryan Nelsen, of all centre backs in the league, was frustrating and embarrassing to watch. He'll be welcomed with open arms, dodgy knees or not, we need him.

Chelsea vs QPR (PL) 02/01/13 KO: 19:45 GMT
There still is a massive chunk of the season to go, but this is the worst result of the season apart from the Juve defeat. Not only was this (arguably) worst result of the season, but it was probably the worst performance imo. Only players who I thought had a bit of bite to him were Ivanovic, Lamps, Oscar at times, and I would say Mata but he wasn't on the pitch long enough for my liking and it showed. Roman's Torres fascination has got to go, he needs to accept the fact that it was a ridiculous signing, and it's pure stubbornness keeping him in the side. Not signing any strikers in the summer and thinking Torres could fire us to major titles was ludicrous. Of all teams to lose against at such a critical point in the title race, I can't believe it. I didn't get the impression from one player in blue that they knew they were playing a rival. Very disheartening :(

Thanks Castiel :D Excited to see Marin in the starting line up, as I'm sure many are. Good to see Lamps in the heart of the team, surrounded by a few lads who'd be very eager to impress. I'd imagine the waiter will stick to 4-2-3-1. We have too much quality to throw away silly points here, hope to god we don't see another draw against this shower.

I take it this is Roman's way of replacing Sturridge?...If not I couldn't think of a more pointless signing right now seeing our lack of fire power. . .

Chelsea vs QPR (PL) 02/01/13 KO: 19:45 GMT
Let's hope that pathetic bunch of QPR players remain that way and 'arry doesn't drag a result out of this game. If there's any game at this stage of the season that he would give a bollock to get 3 points out of, it would be this game. Also fingers cross Turnbull doesn't fluff anything tonight, any time the ball was being fired towards our goal against Everton was a s**t enduing experience. Hope Torres doesn't let the interest in Ba mess with his fragile morale too and run about like a sack of spuds in front of goal, but QP ha are so atrocious right now I wouldn't rule out him getting a goal or 2 We need to hit these pr**ks early on, all depends on how early we score, I'd go for a hard fought 2/3 - 0 win. (Clean sheet depending on how Turnbull plays seeing his lack of game time) [p.s.,Hi, I'm Joust, and I'm new here ]
