So much for football's "most loyal fans"

This from a Liverpool forum after the Lyon result...

I actually don't put it down to the players fault, we have beaten better teams with worse players. Maybe if we, THE FANS, actually acted like the "12th Man" that we are supposed to be, they might've had more encouragement. Same from our Fans against Debracen, no atmosphere at all. I am annoyed to f*ck at the result, but more so annoyed that NOT ONCE have we gotten behind the team when they need it.

Let's hope the media, loved up as they are with those who can do no wrong, mention this fact.

We can only hope, but we know whilst there is a D in the day, the media will pleasure theirselves over Liverpool and their "greatest fans".

Like someone posted last year. Their 'famous atmosphere' is stage managed. They wack on a crackley cassette tape of Gerry and the Pacemakers and they all sing along, it's not an atmosphere, is a stage managed ka-re-oke!

And they have the cheek to say that we need plastic flags to create the atmosphere they have...erm...

The Shed End Forum relies on revenue to pay for hosting and upgrades. While we try to keep adverts as unobtrusive as possible without pop ups, we need to run ad's to make sure we can stay online and continue to keep the forum up, as over the years costs have become very high.

Could you please allow adverts on this domain by switching it off. Some of the advert banners can actually be closed to avoid interferance of your experience on The Shed End.

Cheers now!
