YES!!! YES!!! YES!!!

no no no .... would be totally crazy to pay 30M € for him.

hes a good player but he just needs too many chances to score a goal.

this season he looks like the Dzeko from 07/08, apart from CL, where hes been playing better

he would definitly help us during the ACON but you cant sign a player for 30M € just because of a few matches.

30 million a bit too much for him, rather pay 30 more and get aguero or torres

aguero is only answer for our attack

about dzeko he is very good player but i dont like type of him ( like berbatov )

Dzeko is good, but as he's the next big young thing in Europe not playing for one of the classic footballing 'superpowers', the papers are linking him with all and sundry. I can't see him coming to Chelsea.

Same here, Aguero is top priority. Failing that Dzeko is the next best thing (well, Pato is, but there's no chance of us getting him anytime soon).

Brilliant player really, unproven but a reason to watch Wolfsburg play. He was also giving all sorts of problems to Portugal in their WC playoffs. Remember him winning Carvalho more than once in aerial battle..

Hes not brilliant. Hes a quite good striker as I said but needs to many chances to score a goal. And hes surely not worth 30m.

Had one good season so far, and that was when Wolfsburg won the Bundesliga.

He is still unproven. Great for his country. He probably had something to do with that Bundesliga title..

Anyway I don't feel Sturridge and Borini are enough to cover for Drogs or Anelka. Would feel lot more confident if we had true competition for the other striker spot. Aguero, Dzeko...

He scored goals last season, and is still scoring goals for his country and his club!

He has almost everything, left and right foot, good header!

No Im not joking. As I said a good striker but not worth 30m. Believe me I saw Wolfsburg quite a few times this season and Dzeko never really used his chances effectively. (at least in the matches that Ive watched) Compared to last season he didnt improve in any way, in my opinion he made a step back.

Anyways I just dont think he would score 20+ goals in England, and thats what you should expect of a 30m striker.

Another thing against this rumour (which is ridiculous anyways): he wouldnt brake into the Drogba-Anelka partnership. 30m are way too much for a back-up striker.

at the time 11 million was a fair bit......but he's proven to be worth 6 times that for Chelsea over the years...at least.

Drogba and Anelka are seeded, Kalou is not the mighty striker we all want or CFC need, What if Drogs or Anelka get s injured??? i tell u what we are f**kt, cause there is no replacement for this players!

I know that we need a back-up striker because Kalou isn´t good enough but 30m is still too much. If we think about Dzeko as a replacement for Drogba in a few years then we should consider buying him in 2011 or 2012 or whenever. Especially because Drogba is playing his best season for us so far at the moment. In my opinion its too early now. And another thing is that I seriously doubt Dzeko´s abilitly and talent to replace Drogba.

We might have to pay a little more but thats better then spending 30m on a striker that only had one good season so far, and that in a league without a lot of quality. And another thing is that beeing on the bench wont help his development.

Sorry GB I really don't get your logic. You say 30m is too much for him now yet you're prepared to wait a couple of seasons until he costs more to get him? You sound like a buyer for T-Mobile :wub:
