This is way off topic, but I was watching the Athletico Madrid game today to watch Aguero and I had to shut the game off because of Ray Hudson. Does anybody else feel that he talks way too much and is way over the top? Settle down man.

I was listening to him over the past two weeks, and he had this horrible cold, and he would hack and hack into the microphone -- it was nauseating to listen to, apart from his normal over-the-top commentary. I swear, he will get a coronary on the air, and croak right then and there. I remember him coaching DC United, and they would show him on the sidelines, looking redder than a beet and looking like he was going to burst his carotic artery at any moment in time. He is a passionate person about football, but he has got to lighten up.

Honestly I find him funny. His far OTT love for certain players (Robben, Messi Eto'o) does get a little ridiculous, but as long as he keeps it under control he is just pretty entertaining to me.

I just heard him describe a wasted chance for Villareal as wasting "beautiful gold ingots" and I laughed.
