The fans were giving it to the players during the Algeria game so what does that tell him? They had not just become blameless after two languid performances. What he means is, they were unprofessional in actually turning up for the tournament. Really classy professionals turn their backs on the country because they don't think their manager's accent sounds right.

While I don't think it was 100% Capello's fault, under someone who had the foggiest idea how to run this England team, we would have done much better. It probably doesn't help that Capello's a massive prick either.
