Posted November 29, 201014 yr Anyone else watching this? I don't usually bother much with foreign football, but with Jose in charge at Real and an ever increasing contempt for all things Barcelona, I might just give this one a go. Predictions? Unless I'm mistaken, kickoff is at 8:00 pm UK time.
November 29, 201014 yr I'm interested in all of Jose's teams, so i'll watch. I think Real Madrid will win, maybe a draw, but i can't see them losing. Maybe if Ovrebo will be the ref, Barca has a chance... :) Anyone else watching this? November 29, 201014 yr Looking forward to watching this. Madrid have been good this season but still look a bit vulnerable defensively. Apparently, Higuain is out and the suggestion is that Mourinho will play Diarra as an extra defensive midfielder. I think Jose would be very happy with a draw and I wouldn't bet against it.
November 29, 201014 yr I'll be watching, they are usually great games and I like the re-scheduling to Monday night. Interesting to see how Mourinho 'the translator' fares against his old side - will he run on the pitch if Real win like he did with Inter last season? And if so will Barca turn the sprinklers on again??!!!
November 29, 201014 yr Jose to win 1-0 with Ricky C scoring the winner !! .....................plus it all kicks off in the tunnell when Jose is seen in the Ref's changing room at half time
November 29, 201014 yr I don't support either of them and actually don't like them at all. But this seems like one you just can't miss. So many interesting players and also.......Mourinho. This is the year when Real Madrid can beat Barcelona. Too bad they're without Higuain. My mom supports Barcelona so naturally I will root for Real Madrid tonight. I hope Riccy scores! 2-1 Real Madrid
November 29, 201014 yr Real Madrid will win this year, Ronaldo is gonna run circles around their defence and my prediction is 3-1.
November 29, 201014 yr Im looking forward to this but i wouldn't be surprised if it played out to be a bore draw, it would be nice to see Madrid ruin Barcelona like Barca did at the Bernabou a season or two back.
November 29, 201014 yr Jose's last visit to the Nou Camp. Hoping for a repeat. Feel Farca will win this though. Ronaldo will go missing and Messi will step up as usual. Edited November 29, 201014 yr by footballoholic
November 29, 201014 yr it would be nice to see Madrid ruin Barcelona like Barca did at the Bernabou a season or two back. I feel a draw coming on, but that would be awesome. Its funny becuase 6-7 years ago I wouldve been 100% behind Barca, because of all the "mes que un club" vs. Franco FC stuff. But now I suspect I am like alot of fans in seeing the true face of this club. The nonsense about "the translator" really is over the top. Jose clearly loves it, because it winds them up and puts the focus on him, but its just typical of the way Barca have practically no respect for anyone they play, and turn into the typical rich child throwing a tantrum when they dont get what they want. They need to be taken down a few pegs, and I hope Jose can pick up tonight where he left off last spring. And then sign a 10 year contract with Madrid to keep doing it for the next decade. The Madrid brass have to realize what they have on their hands. The one man who, with enough backing and the right players, can bury Barca during the Leo Messi era. Prediction? 1-1, Ronaldo and Iniesta scoring. I too will be hoping for the return of the sprinklers. Edited November 29, 201014 yr by TheWestwayWonder
November 29, 201014 yr Author No shortage of streams for this one. Take your pick: Barcelona v Real Madrid
November 29, 201014 yr Argh, maybe a good thing I cant watch this one, the verbal fellating on the commentary must be unbearable. Step it up already Madrid!
November 29, 201014 yr Author Argh, maybe a good thing I cant watch this one, the verbal fellating on the commentary must be unbearable. Step it up already Madrid! It has to be said that Barcelona have so far been frighteningly dominant, but Trevor Francis on my stream isn''t too bad. Good lad is Trevor, and I'm not just saying that because I'm (very) distantly related to him.
November 29, 201014 yr All joking aside, I actually like Trevor Francis's commentary. But the usual suspects are liable to start playing with themselves when Barca really get going. Sounds like the sparks are flying! Guardiola and Ronaldo involved in a bust up, and the whole Barca team come running? Jesus wept
November 29, 201014 yr Author Handbags is about right. Guardialo wouldn't give the ball back to Ronaldo, so Ronaldo pushed his chest. Guariola staggered back, with his hand to his face (naturally). Then the Barca keeper ran half the pitch to have his say, and next thing you know the rest of the Barca team were either surrounding the ref and/or involved in patacake/pushing games with Real Madrid players.

Dear god, the manager grabbed his face and went down? I heard the commentator went all apey when Messi was booked for a dive.
November 29, 201014 yr Author Dear god, the manager grabbed his face and went down? I heard the commentator went all apey when Messi was booked for a dive. Well no, he didn't actually fall over, just took a couple of steps backwards with his hand to his face rather than actually clutching his face. Truth be told it was all a bit half-hearted.
November 29, 201014 yr Well, Barca aren't playing particulary well, but still, they lead. What was said before the match: Madrid need to defend without a mistake, that is their only chance. As we did in the CL against Barca. What happened? Barca scored from 2 individual mistakes, both from Ramos, i think. Barca didn't have many chances, neither had Real, of course, but this game could be 0-0 if there weren't those mistakes. With bad defending, you can't beat Barca. Real can take a draw, if they change: i think taking off Özil would be a good move, because in counterattacking on the flanks doesn't need his assistance.
November 29, 201014 yr Pathetic Real Madrid, 3-0 down. 4-0 now, didnt think this could happen to Mourinhos team. Edited November 29, 201014 yr by AndyCFC
November 29, 201014 yr 4-0 Barca. I'm in the minority I'm sure - but I'm glad Barca are winning. I can't stand Alonso more than any other player out there, so I'm glad he's hurting. Same for Ronaldo, feel for Ricky though. Not bothered about Mourinho either. Edited November 29, 201014 yr by Gem

I've got no love for Real Madrid, but over and above all that is my loathing of Barcelona.
November 29, 201014 yr Wow, what is it about this game that brings out the best in Barca? They are making this routine against Real Madrid. Really puts our performances against them into perspective. Cant think of a time we have ever lost to them by more than 1 goal. At least, not on aggregate. No doubt Jose will be thinking about nothing but the return game starting tomorrow morning. And will be offering 50 million pounds for A. Cole as soon as he can. Sounds like they were a nightmare defensively
