Was just wondering, if we win the Champions League, does anyone else think that some of the players will retire/leave the club?

I mean it would be the pinnacle and for some of the older players they could never top that.

I think the so called "oldies" would want to stay on to defend the trophy n wouldnt want to say goodbye even tho it may initially be the pinacle of their careers

I have a feeling players like Drogba, Kalou, Malouda, Bosingwa, Essien will leave because as they won't get as much playing time after that they will see it as a highlight of there Chelsea career.

And it will certainly help us to attract the right players to replace them!

But come on....... if we win the Champions League, the mere suggestion of it sounds rediculous. We're only little old Chelsea for goodness sake as if we could conquor the whole of Europe.
