Hi lads and lassies I was wondering if anybody has ever had problems with deliveries from the CFC online megastore? I ordered one of the Champions League polo shirts and it was posted to me (in Brussels) on the 14th June. I have contacted them and they said oh wait 20 working Days Mon-Sat and if it does not come to contact them again, well I have and all's i got was an automated email saying that the email will be responded to within 72 hours, 72 hours??? f**king customer service me hole!

Just wondering if other people had any problems?

No, never. Always received my orders pretty quickly.

They can be very slow, maybe they have a stock problem.

I ordered the special commemorative CL jersey from the US Chelsea Megastore. It said on the page that it would ship Late June.

I later called them to ask about it and they said it was now "Late July". I was hoping late july meant I would somehow get it before July 18 when I'm going to see Chelsea FC take on the Seattle Sounders. So I called them again and they said "Late August".

That was the last straw I cancelled my order and bought a (regular home not CL) jersey from the local soccer shop.

I thought the customer service was great, they answered quickly and cancelled my orders like I wanted. But the long wait for shipping really killed my enthusiasm.

I ordered the new Chelsea training polo shirt about 2 weeks ago. Haven't got it yet unfortunately. Think it's a stock problem.

They normally deliver within 3 days if it's in stock or a on the day of release if it's pre ordered unless they have stock issues, in which case I have opted for a refund, they seem to have very slow suppliers.

Got an e-mail from them saying adidas were running a bit slow for the new training gear.Wouldnt worry too much

I use the Asia Megastore and it is the tops tbh. Probably due to it not being run by Kitbag.
