Hello all.  I'm a fan from the states who THOUGHT he lucked out with 2 tickets to the Tottenham game April 14th.  Seeing as how that's no longer happening, I have two questions:

1. What is the club's policy on refunds for rescheduled games like this?  I will only be in the UK until the 21st, so I doubt they will reschedule on a date I can attend.

2. How difficult will it be to get tickets to the semifinal at Wembley?  I have a membership but I need 2 tickets, so I wouldn't be able to buy them until the 8th.

Any advice would be much appreciated.  Thanks!

I'm sure you'll be able to sell your tickets on to CFC fans for face value if the club wont give you a refund, put them on cfctickets.com or various forums.

1. no chance

2. last year didnt sell out so fairly likely

Have to disagree on both counts here I am afraid.

1. If you return your tickets a minimum of 48 hours before the game you can gain a full refund in accordance with the CFC ticket policy. http://www.chelseafc.com/tickets-article/article/2102115/title/freqently-asked-questions

2. Last year did sell out. That said I am pretty sure it went on sale to all members with an option to buy 2 extra tickets so I would be pretty confident you would be ok.

Think there will be less demand this year, given the fact it's not Tottenham and the Rafa Benitez factor.

I agree.

If ever there was a year that we may not sell out it would be this one. The rafa factor will play a part but also the regularity with which we are going to Wembley at the moment is staggering. For most (top level) teams it is a special treat that comes round once every few years at best- we are pretty much there twice a year, every year, and whilst everyone loves a day at Wembley what with costs as they are it's hard to keep up.

That said I am buying my ticket at half 3 today. :JC_doubleup:

Sorry to change the subject slightly but I have 23 loyalty points (been to more games but bought from cfctickets.com so no points)  am I likely to get one ticket, possibly 2?...

I reckon members will be able to buy additional tickets for this one so you should be ok....

Changing track slightly, (as the heading of this topic is re-scheduled Sp*rs match), has a date actually been fixed yet?

Depending on when it takes place, this game could be MASSIVE. As if a Chelsea v Sp*rs fixture isn't big enough, we have the possibility of a CL place resting on the outcome and this after our CL triumph meant they missed out last year AND the added AVB factor. Must admit I'm beginning to sweat a bit.......................

Being the eternal pessimist (and the fahct we have FSW in charge with his love of rotation), I can't help feeling Sp*rs fans may get to enjoy their "Karma".
