Doesn't sound as bad as I thought it would be.

Having a competitive junior competition would be good for us, gets the players integrated into the club culture and used to playing one another, which should be a big advantage when they look to join the senior team.

 

It also allows the coaches to keep a closer eye on them than if they are playing for Vitesse.

 

Considering we probably have more promising youngsters than any other team in the country I think we'll benefit the most from this.

Good idea I think. Will mean youth gets more of a chance to break into their first team clubs, encourages development etc.

It says the plan is for games to be played at the club stadiums.

 

What would that potentially mean for the state of the pitches? The playing surfaces are the best they have ever been but surely playing 40+ games on the pitch would be difficult?
