Hello from Scotland

Hello all

Just signed up to the forum, so thought I would introduce myself.

My name's Grant, I'm 27 and I've had a season ticket at Ibrox since I was just 4 years old.

Chelsea are my english side, however I've only been down to Stamford Bridge once (v Fulham a few years back). I've recently had a promotion and significant pay increase at work, so hopefully I can make it down a few times this season when Rangers are playing away from home.

My reasoning for signing up is that none of my friends up here support Chelsea, they're all into City or United, so if I'm planning on going down to the bridge more often, thought it would be a good idea to get to know some other Chelsea fans :)

Look forward to joining in the discussions with you all!

Welcome on board Grant.  Scotsman myself, though now exiled in Washington State, US.  So, it's a little more expensive to get to games now than it was coming down from Scotland.

This site has been through a few incarnations, and I've been here for them all.  Same as any forum, I'm sure.  In the main, there are some great posts, and good discussion.  Some old heads that are willing to share great stories of the Chelsea of yesteryear, and then the new breed of fans that any club with as much recent success as Chelsea has had is sure to attract.

Best thing you can do, mate...get wired in, join in the fun and games and hopefully you can make it to the bridge (or one of the Shed End Piss Ups) in the future.

Hi Scott

Thanks for the welcome, nice to see another Scotsman on here!

This is the first non-Rangers football forum I've signed up to, so looking forward to a change of scene :)

Hi Scott,

being German, I love Chelsea and Rangers since a small chap. Welcome to the forum and I hope, you´ll find some nice followers in SW6, when you are there.

Yours,

Ralph

Welcome Grant!  I'm another expatriate Scot, living in France.

If you look around you will find there'a very good Rangers section on this site.

Welcome mate. I am an Ibrox ST holder and a few of us go to Chelsea games.

We are running a bus to Man Utd and Liverpool away in the coming months. You are more than welcome to join us. Bus leaves from Glasgow.

Where were you when I lived in Glasgow!
