I think a lot of people are nervy, no Matic for two games and we have been giving tired performances lately. It's got people on edge for sure.

Missing one player will not end our hopes of the title or any silverware this season. What will affect the outcome of missing a key player is how the 11 men on the pitch respond in the coming games. We're top of the league and the absence of one player should not mean we should all be nervous wrecks. I expect who ever replaces Matic to be more than up for it and everyone to be determined, have heart and ultimately be successful whatever the situation.

We're far better than spurs even without matic. The 5-3 was a freak result

I'm certainly worried at the moment. Not scoring many goals and some truly atrocious defending since the turn of the year. I'm not usually a pessimist but the cracks are starting to show for me, and I just cannot believe there are a number of Chelsea fans thinking the title is wrapped up. I'm not saying it will happen but it is at least becoming conceivable that this season could fall apart. Of course it doesn't help that there appears to be a c******n against us (I don't want to risk being fined).

 

Hopefully my worst fears are a load of rubbish though and we can really pick up again and start playing like we were at the beginning of the campaign season. Winning the COC could be just that boost we need.

I don't think any chels are thinking the title race is over, only the media are saying that.

Sunday has to be us lot raising the bar from the atmosphere of the Liverpool semi final which was as good as I've known for years. Flags draped everywhere over our end will look top notch, so dig em out the cupboard! replica shirts not my scene I'm afraid, a small pin badge will do me, a few beers and bloody loud voice on the day. I'm in upper tier sunday so no sitting on hands please, we all stood and sang in upper tier at emirates in cup last season, so similar is expected?

Bloody hope so mate. That Liverpool game was pretty spectacular and I reckon the PSG game will be too, but this Sunday I hope everyone is just happy to get back to the business of football.

One thing you are guaranteed with Chelsea is heart and passion regardless of opposition or scoreline, we can be 5-0 down but we never give up. I see people pointing towards the 5-3 at WHL, yes it wasnt our best game but we put 3 past them and at no point did the players give up. When Terry scored in the 87th Minute every single player still believed

 

It is a fact that we have not been playing well recently but it is also a fact that we have only been beaten 3 times this season

 

With Mourinho at the helm and being led by notorious John Terry regardless of the score you would expect fight and determination and that is all us fans ask for
