Great result. Nice to see signs of the proper Chelsea returning

Up to the handbags w Costa thought the team labored to get any real chances and it seemed like a step backwards.

Babas mistake just added to the frustration, back to the FA cup for him.

But the Costa baiting flipped a switch and the champs returned. Battered them. Really great comeback road win.

Win the next 2 (they are winnable ) and maybe top 10 beckons.

Carefree

I think most of us agree that 2 or 3 months ago we would have lost this game easily. Credit to players to step up in the second half, and find the extra gear to win the game. We weren't contend with the 1 all and pushed on, unlikely a few drawn matches we had this year. They pressed well for 70+ minutes, but once the legs started to go and room open up, we capitalised it. I remember after the FA cup game, some raised the point we are playing well because the opponent wasn't pressing. I think this game showed we could cope with the pressing. The didn't create much either, scored an opportunity goal but that's about it. We didn't have all our way either, losing Pedro that early was big. His running is a great weapon against high pressing, we definitely missed that, especially in that first half.

Time to make it 3 in a row, couldn't have asked for a better opponent like Norwich ( no disrespect).

Weird game that summed up the season for me. First-half was like watching us last November, thought we would deservedly lose and then Costa starts doing all the things he was doing last season and that leads to Fabregas's goal. Then the winner at the end from a slightly unlikely source and all is right with the world.

I dunno though. Went to the Youth Cup game on Friday night and there's so much potential in that team and then see United celebrating winning one of their own winning them the match on Sunday and that to me is the real beauty of this game.

It was a brilliant result for us, it surpassed my expectations but I honestly can't wait for this season to be over and us to start building something again because we're not doing that right now. Everything is about the short-term, the next game or at most the FA Cup. Hiddink has no stake in the future because he won't be part of it so we're basically treading water right now. I don't think there's a single thing being done between now and next season that in any way benefits the next guy, who we assume is Conte, like really blooding some of the promising youngsters who could and should be the future of this club.

So it's a great win but also slightly hollow for some of us because it's a case of what could've been for this season and what could be going into next season. But it almost certainly staves off relegation for there's that to be cheerful for.

Ivan much better in the Centre, hard lines for baba but he will get over it. Shame losing Pedro ash was just starting to look the part as a starter.

Saves crossing from the right is cra**.
