January 19, 20179 yr Just been thinking about the array of talent we have out on loan. It'd be interesting to think where a full XI would finish, any thoughts? GK: Delac CB: Hector CB: Christensen CB: Kalas RWB: Cuadrado LWB: Baba CM: Pasalic CM: Baker LW: Traore RW: Boga ST: Remy Then further players to go on the bench such as: Tammy, Miazga, Omerueo, Hector, Nathan, Izzy Brown, Atsu, Piazon Would that squad have enough about it to stay up? Very hypothetical I know, but that would be astonishing if we were able to field two fully fledged Premier League sides. Edited January 19, 20179 yr by Batshuayi
January 19, 20179 yr They'd be relegated. Not because there isn't talent there, but many don't have the hardened minds and bodies of senior football.

I think if they had a solid pre season and were able to gel, they'd probably fare better than some of the teams knocking around at the bottom. That XI is better than Swansea's, Sunderland's and Hull's for sure.

GK: Delac- Clearly not PL quality CB: Hector- lol CB: Christensen- best player on the team and clearly has a bright future in England CB: Kalas- He'll probably end up bouncing between championship and PL RWB: Cuadrado- double lol LWB: Baba- I think he'll be good enough eventually but if he's your week in week out starter you're in trouble CM: Pasalic- for sure good enough to start at a bottom half club CM: Baker- same as Pasalic LW: Traore- Not exactly lighting up the Eredivisie is he? RW: Boga- Struggling at Granada ST: Remy- 1 start at sh!t Palace, nuff said 4 maybe 5 out of 11 would be good enough to stick around the PL. I don't think they would surpass Derby's record for lowest points if they replaced Hull for instance. They could take a few off of Swansea and Sunderland, maybe Boro and Burnley at home as well but they would get trounced against everyone else.

I guess the point I was trying to make was that I think we're the only club that could even field a competent eleven based on players who we don't even have at the club, which is fairly astonishing.
January 20, 20179 yr Not sure i'd consider that the strongest 11 you could field of our loan players. I'd go for: Blackman Baba Clarke-Salter Christensen Miazga Cuadrado Van Ginkel Pasalic Baker Remy Traore

Sure but then again we are probably the only club who could field an entire eleven out of loan players anyway. Still think we should be allowed to have a B team in League 1 or 2, with no possibility of promotion of course.
