They are rumours about the APF but as far as I know there is no solid proof. Keep checking twitter today is you best bet.

Supposed to be a firm of Chelsea, another name was Chelsea NF Elite Firm, personally i think they were either made up bollocks by the media or an urban myth like the Chelsea Smiliers.
