Think you are right Coco it will happen first at a lower level but at some point, as @Richard P says, it is bound to happen. Personally my own feeling are many of the players would not be accepting of it if it happened now at Chelsea. Hand on heart, I'm not sure I would be either TBH. If we think we have intense media scrutiny now, with a woman manager every decision, every comment, every formation would be analysed a million times closer. The pressure on the manager's shoulders would be impossible because it wouldn't just be about the football.

Also it would be really interesting to see how the usual TV football pundits and rival fans would respond to it.

 

Flood all leagues with female managers, so the few men are the exception. Problem solved
