Complete guess. Left Fofana/Chukwuemeka etc. out for now as we don't know what condition they'll be in after such long lay offs but think they can both start if fit enough. I think Madueke will be a favourite under Maresca but don't see how he starts with Palmer in the team. Have to wait and see.
