June 27Jun 27 The North Enclosure, which became The Centenary Stand. Bench Seats were installed. This was in the aftermath of The Ibrox Disaster of January 1971.My old man welcomed the idea, but hated the bench seats. It was the North Enclosure, where he and his mates stood week in week out.

July 5Jul 5 Author Davie scoring against Aberdeen in the Scottish League Cup Final. The free kick is one of the best I've seen. He hit the ball so hard that Jim Leighton who was the Aberdeen goalie didn't have a chance to save it.
