dkw
and another rule for the rest? after the last 3 or 4 weeks im starting to think so. some of the decisions made against us compared to againts others are just ridiculous. villa game, shoulda had a pen after 5 minutees. blackburn, totally wrong offside. rosenburg, they get a free kick for there player pulling makas shirt?. manyoo, well no need to go over this again. ull, two of the most blatant pens not given. fulham. possibly a pen for drogs, never a secoind yellow. didnt even know he was there. now the others. west ham, noble cuts hleb in half. no card at all. manyoo, rooney does an almost exact copy of mikels tackle (difference was mikel got the ball), then calls the ref a f*****g c**t, a f*****g ar*****e and a w****r. result, no card. just a "talking to. The Moos
I agree with most of what you say but I do think the 2nd yellow to Drogba was warrented. It was an accident and he didn't know the guy was there but it was still a bit reckless and the foot was way too high in my oppinion. And as for the game against Fulham they should have had a penalty when Ben Haim took the ball with his hand. Had the ref been in a "give penalties" mood then we would probably have seen atleast 2 penalties, one for each team. Against Hull I think the ref wanted to be kind to the "little team" but that isn't acceptable. I shouldn't matter if we're playing against the worst team in the world. A penalty is a penalty. But I agree with the rest you're saying. We've had too many decisions gone against us for it to be a coincidence.
Alan
I agree totally, Rooney's tackle yesterday was disgraceful and should have been a red. I'm not usually paranoid but the decisions and standard of reffing against us makes me think there's a

He didn't mean to kick JT in the head but put it up recklessly high in a dangerous position. Decision? Nothing, no foul, no pen, no yellow. Drogs? Freekick, second yellow, red, suspension. Not unlike his treatment from Frisk for his challenge v Barca.
glory55
Drogs had to go. He was on a yellow. His foot was high and he caught the fella in the face. Accidental it was but what whats the ref supposed to do?? We're having pretty stinking luck at the moment!

bonetti
Drogs 1st yellow was unnecessary - he should have kept his mouth shut

Accidental it was but what whats the ref supposed to do?? We're having pretty stinking luck at the moment! He didn't have to go. The ref has the discretion to be sensible. It was a complete accident - a lot more of an accident than when Dempsey broke JT's cheekbone - he could easily have awarded a freekick and given Drogba a talking to if he has wanted. Of course Drogba was a fool to get booked for arguing with the ref in the first half so in the end he only has himself to blame.
