  1. I do not think long term is possible in football today. Sir Alex Ferguson was a diamond in the rough and his best work was when he was established for many years. We do no have a chance of long term management in 2015/16 era. Name a top manager who has been at a top club for more than 3/4 years in the last 10 years at least. The best managers go to bigger clubs and continue to achieve things. Only a English manager would last many years at one club, but no foreign I do not think.
  2. It is well known Guardiola gets bored after 3 seasons and has admitted that his players become complacent and no longer pay attention to the coach. It has been said he left FC Barcelona for this exact reason. I also heard he fell out with a medical team member at Bayern because he wanted his players rushed back to fitness and this is something Bayern medical team could not and refused to do. I do not know for certain the last part but the bit about him becoming bored and players becoming complacent is very much true in his own words.
  3. Unai Emery would be a great replacement if we cannot get another top manager. He is young manager and plays great football. He has also won the Europa league with Sevilla 2x and got them into CL. If he is given the opportunity to manage a big club with top players and a good budget, he would win big things.
  4. Guardiola wants us to buy 10 new players though. I think he needs a stable team with top players before he will take over a team. A very top coach apart from that. I would take him or Unai Emery if we want play good football.
  5. He once coached a under 13's girls team in USA until he was brought to Chelsea haha!
  6. Unai Emery, Pep Guardiola or Diego Simeone for manager. Guardiola says that we need 10 new players but we have 10 great young prospects waiting in the wings so give them a try. Musonda, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Bamford, Traore, Kenedy, Aina, Da silva, Solanke, Baker, Brown, Ake, Christensen, so pick 10 of those if you want and play them! If Guardiola needs us to buy 10 new players then he is another Mourinho who needs us to spend big money to manage a team to success.
  7. Unai Emery would be a very good young manager for chelsea to appoint in the summer.
  8. Where were you when he was sh*t? Where has he been for the last few years?
  9. It is cool you don't agree. I believe the young players and older players prefer to play Arsene Wenger methology of football because it is a nice flowing style to play rather than other styles imposed by some managers. If i was a young player i would enjoy playing the Arsenal way because it's exciting. I think Ferguson's attitude and temperament is what set him apart from other managers. Maybe Mourinho is a good man manager but way too delusional and demanding?
  10. Yes! You don't like Shevchenko as striker?
  11. Tell me our youth products are not better than what we see in the bottom half of the Premier league week? Our youth products would make a fantastic team in the premier league and would be better than any of the top 20 sides.
  12. Maybe he can teach Costa how to be a striker. Shevchenko was a lethal finisher in his prime, and he can teach our strikers a thing or two on how to be a striker.
  13. We must bring back Ake, Bamford, Solanke, Baker, Moses, Christensen, and promote Musonda, RLC, Traore and Kenedy to the first team. The quality of our youth products is huge and it would benefit us massively because they would all show their quality and hunger playing for us.
  14. I have been a Chelsea fan since 1997 and I always seen Chelsea playing in the Premier League, so for me it would be devastating. I don't think with the players we have this should be an option, but anything can happen. I can't change teams so I will continue to support them if the worst case scenario did happen. I don't believe this will happen this season, but we really need to start getting results fast.
