Perfect.

Well, there's always a silver lining, lol.

We will decide who wins the Premier League.
Seriously? You'd rather Spuds and Pochettino be crowned champions over Leicester and Ranieri? I'm sorry, but as a Chelsea fan, I just don't understand that line of thinking.

Sorry, but you're wrong. By fair means or foul, that's what I always say.

We will decide who wins the Premier League.
Precisely my point. That's exactly why we have to be generous towards Leicester should it come down to the final day.

Agree to disagree.

We will decide who wins the Premier League.
I'm sorry, but I just can't accept that. How far would you take this? For example, let's take a look at 2014. Liverpool were really flying that year, and to be perfectly honest, I think they deserved the title more than City that year. Even so, once I knew that we had no realistic chance of winning the league (after the Sunderland match), I was desperate for City to win the title. Why? Because I can't stand the Bin Dippers, that's why (is there a Chelsea fan who doesn't dislike Liverpool?). Luckily, we were placed in a position where we could shatter their chances by winning at Anfield, and we deservedly did so. We went there and executed our plan to perfection. And with a little help from Slippy G, we got the win... However, what if the circumstances had been different? What if we'd been playing City at that stage of the season? Knowing that defeating City would all but give Liverpool the title, would it be acceptable for our players to give their all? In my opinion...no! We couldn't miss out on the top 4 and our title charge was over (even beating Liverpool didn't help us). So, yes, I think if we'd have been in that position we should have let City beat us to stop Liverpool from winning the title. Basically, I think in a position like that, I would be encouraging the players (even if I was their manager) to throw the match... If you'd rather Liverpool win the title than throw a match then fair enough. All I can say is...you know absolutely nothing about fan rivalry (or at least have never been caught up in it).

How has it come to this? Failure to avoid defeat at home against ruddy Spuds is now seen as a success. It's true, of course, considering just how poor we are. Nevertheless...it's hard to swallow.

Come on, mate, nearly everyone hates us! Whatever you say, Spurs are far more obnoxious and so are their fans. We also have a long standing rivalry with them, so of course it's going to be worse if they win the league... Also, from a personal standpoint, Leicester fans have always been okay with me. Since January I've been a member of a Leicester forum and they always appreciate my support.

I agree. But if it does come down to it I wholeheartedly believe that some of our players will deliberately underperform.

We will decide who wins the Premier League.
Nope. But I'd understand them throwing the match (so long as they had nothing to play for).

We will decide who wins the Premier League.
Let's put it this way. All of my friends who are Chelsea fans (one of them in his 40's) would rather we throw the game against Leicester rather than let dear old Spuds win the title. It's a meaningless game. I can't stand the thought of Spurs fans saying stuff like, 'Thanks for the favour Chelski.' Combine that with Claudio walking away with nothing once again and that's a nightmare scenario.

Look, evidently you don't care about fan rivalry. I (and many others) do. It's as simple as that, really.

Come on, the circumstances were very, very different. He would have no reason to slip deliberately and you know it. Besides, slips happen to all of us (I nearly broke my neck the other day when walking up a flight of stairs). Gerrard's just happened at a very inopportune time. A back pass like the one that led Drogba in is truly indefensible. Just watch a clip of it now on YouTube or something and tell me that it wasn't deliberate.

First of all, the FA have to prove that you've thrown the match. So long as the players try for 90% of the time everything should be okay. That vital 10% would be enough for Leicester to win. For example, a back pass straight to Jamie Vardy. Something like that cannot be proven as match fixing. If it could, then why wasn't Steven Gerrard and Liverpool charged when he back passed to Drogba in 2010? Come on, we all know that he did that on purpose because he didn't want United winning the title. More importantly, he knew that the Liverpool fans didn't want that. He did what was necessary and (essentially) secured us the title.

Finally! Someone who thinks along the same lines as me. Lol.

We will decide who wins the Premier League.
Look, I think we can all agree that we'd actually prefer to see Leicester win the title rather than Spurs. Correct? So, why should we be wanting Chelsea to win against Leicester? The match is meaningless to us but could mean all the world to Leicester and Ranieri. Personally, I think it's our players DUTY to let Leicester win the title. They've given us a miserable season up to now, the least they can give us is to let us enjoy the last day of the season by stopping Spurs from winning the title. I'm not talking about total humiliation here, a couple of own goals would suffice. Actually, I don't think I have too much to worry about. Fabregas has already admitted that he doesn't want Spurs to win the title, so he obviously isn't going to be giving his all against Leicester. Would you condemn him for that? I applaud up for that.

We will decide who wins the Premier League.
Yep. We've lost enough games this year, it doesn't hurt to lose one more... Basically, I'd be more upset with Spurs winning the title (as would most Chelsea fans, might I add). Well, calling me names shouldn't even be coming to mind, really. Baffled why you even said that.

We will decide who wins the Premier League.
I'm just not sure about the Leicester game. I think by then the pressure will be getting to them and we'll be up for it. I honestly think that if we play our best like we did against Villa (granted, Villa are terrible), then we're capable of nicking a point off Leicester (I honestly can't believe I'm typing this). But, I can't see us stopping Spurs at all. They just look too good at the moment.

We will decide who wins the Premier League.
First of all, I apologise for creating a new thread to talk about this. It's just that I think it's a little too early to create a Chelsea vs Spurs match thread. Anyway, moving on. Looking at the Premier League table right now, I honestly think that Spurs stand a great chance of winning the title. They're in great form and Leicester are starting to look a little wobbly (not having Vardy for the next game or two is truly worrying). Maybe it's just me, but the thought of Spurs winning the bloody thing is really unbearable. I mean, at least Arsenal no longer have a chance of winning it (that would have been the worst case scenario for me), but Spurs winning it isn't that much better. Now, when it comes to Leicester, I like them. I desperately want them to win this thing (and not just because I slapped a huge bet on them to win the title just before they murdered City (great timing, eh?)). I like Ranieri. I have huge respect for the guy, and he truly deserves all this. Now, referring to the title of this thread...I think we will decide who wins the title. It's as simple as that for me. I just can't see Leicester securing the title before the final day, and I think we're in serious danger of getting slaughtered by Spurs (I can't believe I just typed that). On the other hand, though, I fear we'll show up in the game against Leicester and secure at least a draw. I can just see our ruddy players wanting to end on a high and deciding who wins the title. If we do that, well...it'll be a nightmare, really. It would just cap off our horrendous season. Destroying all chances of the fairy tale coming true. Well, what are your thoughts on this? Do you think we stand a chance of somehow getting a draw against Spurs? Will we show up on the final day and wreck Leicester's party? How will our fans at the Bridge react to all this? Will they be urging Leicester to score, and booing if we do? Do you care at all? Lol. This whole season is truly crazy.

Drogba - this makes grim reading; Daily Mail
Hmm? Love Drogba to bits. Really hope this isn't true... Personally, I don't trust many charities. Very rarely do significant funds reach those who are actually in need of aid.

Thibaut Courtois
His attitude is disgusting. He really sounds as though he can't wait to get out of here.

Thibaut Courtois
Look, the change evidently means a change of manager, that much is clear. He doesn't say this change could help them improve slightly, he says it would help them get back to their normal level. Ergo, a change of manger would solve everything performance wise... But it hasn't.

1. I never said we should sell him. That would be stupid. 2. Not in the best of form? Yeah, that's putting it mildly. 3. I wouldn't say as many as ten.
