  1. Yes I've been to Portmerion three times. The last time I went there was when I was 12. I'm thinking of going back again this year. My mother owns a caravan in North Wales which is fairly close to Portmerion (about 40 miles away). I think it's a really beautiful place, a little weird maybe, but still beautiful.
  2. I hate to be too pessimistic, but I'm really nervous about this game.. Villa Park has always been a tricky place for us to visit. Don't get me wrong, I think we'll get the job done, but I'm anticipating a nail-biter of a game.. My prediction, 2-1 to Chelsea.
  3. When I hear the words, cult TV, I think of older shows.. I don't think series like Lost or Prison Break can be classed as cult yet. Despite being only 19 years old, I like a lot of older shows, most of them are from the 60's.. The Prisoner, The Man From U.N.C.L.E., I Dream of Jeannie, The Phil Silvers Show (AKA Sgt Bilko).. I also like a few 90's programmes, Quantum Leap and Frasier. Most people my age haven't even heard of these shows let alone watched them.. I just thank my parents and grandparents for introducing me these classic programmes. I don't really like many modern shows.. The last one I really liked was the BBC version of Robin Hood.
  4. I very much doubt the United defence can handle Sturridge and Suarez.. I hope United can get a result, but I don't think they will.
  5. I really hope we don't sell Oscar.. I must admit he's going through a rough patch at the moment, but that doesn't give us enough reason to sell him. Oscar is the future of CFC, selling him would be a bad move.
  6. Gravity, for the third time.. I saw it twice at the cinema and once on blu-ray. Great film. Sandra was robbed at the Oscars IMO.
  7. When I hear the words, Cult TV, I imagine older shows.. I don't think modern programs like Prison Break and Lost can be classed as Cult shows yet. Anyway, despite only being 19 years old I enjoy a lot of older TV shows from the 60's.. Some of my favourties are, The Prisoner, The Man From U.N.C.L.E., I Dream of Jeannie, The Phil Silvers Show (AKA Sgt Bilko).. I also like a few 90's programmes like Quantum Leap and Frasier.. But I don't really like many modern TV shows.. The last new series I really enjoyed was the BBC version of Robin Hood. Most people who are my age have never even heard of most of these programmes that I've listed, but I think that's their loss.. I'm just thankfully to my parents and grandparents for introducing me to these classic shows.
  8. I hate to be pessimistic, but I agree with most of the other guys on here, Villa Park has always been a tough place to visit. They seem to go up a gear when facing us. Don't get me wrong, I think we'll snatch the 3 points, but it won't be easy. I predict a 2-1 for us.
  9. Just thought I should introduce myself to you all. I'm a 19 year old guy who's been supporting Chelsea for almost 8 years now.. I've lived in Leeds all my life so I don't really know why I started supporting Chelsea (my friends think I'm nuts for supporting a London team).. I suppose the reason I started supporting Chelsea was because of the 2006 World Cup. Until that tournament I had very little interest in football. Anyway, all my favourite England players were all Chelsea players (Terry, Lampard, Joe Cole). So after the tournament was over and England were eliminated, I started to watch Chelsea.. And thus, my obsession with Chelsea was born. Glad to be aboard everyone. KTBFFH
