Please, Antonio was there and should've given them some instruction to calm the f**k down.

Ozil out is a huge problem for us. This guy never shows up in that kind of matches. Zero mentality, we'll miss him. Not that good but stronger and faster players like Welbeck, Iwobi and Lacazette is the stereotype we struggle a lot against. Antonio must find a way to beat the Voyeur at last. Well, its not one goal, that's the problem. I remember goals vs Arsenal away(we won 2-1), vs Benfica in Europa League final, he won the corner vs Bayern, goal vs City in added time for 2-1, also reached almost 50 goals which isn't that bad as amount. He was disappointment given the expectations but alltime rubbish team? Come on man, that's harsh.

We can't involve Willian and Pedro in combinations and when they are on the pitch, our passing is having really tough times. Pedro is a finisher, his first touch is bad, lots of his passes are deflected or long/short, his dribble is not good. Willian is way better with the ball but his intelligence is questionable. The positioning is bad, doesn't know when to pass, to shoot and especially with Moses in, its ineffective. Cesc is too slow. So we still have the same problem - Hazard has no one to exchange passes with. Only Morata. We need desperately a guy like Riyad, another threat regarding skills, speed and passing ability + he is probably not that expensive.

The second time we play false 9 against good team - second disappointment. Keep ignoring Bats.. Zapacosta for Moses was the most ridiculous subs I've seen from Antonio.It was THAT bad.

Well, PL matches are coming and Alonso gets rest only in this tournament. We must rotate him more often so that means it's crucial for the team tonight Kenedy's performance so we can use him in PL as well. Because, TBH, I really don't believe in Alonso's ability to make this run without a single minute off. Because this is what happens as far as Ive read the signs from Antonio.

Courtois - my MOTM. Austin denied twice by him in crucial moments of the game. First half very good reaction to Cahill's letting Redmond behind his back very unprofessionally + very good foot work all the time. Azpilicueta - good offensive contribution but very bad defending again. I still don't want this man to be our captain. Christensen - another good performance. Wouldn't say great, cuz he didn't have much job to do, but when he did, he was on his top. Cahill - also good. Shaken at times, but at least he could've managed to react fast. Kante and Baka - solid performance. They didn't create anything and their contribution in our attack was close to 0, but at least we built a rock solid middle. Alonso - the biggest contender for MOTM. Moses - not good enough. Willian, Pedro and Hazard - not good enough. The Lack of forward made them struggle a lot and they weren't that effective as they were supposed to be. That's shame because they looked at very good shape. At least Hazard and Willian. I really hope Morata or Bats starts next games. I don't care who, just this forward position is needed. We got lucky against Huddersfield and yesterday as well to score our first goals due to opponent goalkeepers mistakes. This isn't happening = winning isn't happening. We just cant break through without forward. That's it. Just walking around and praying Hazard, Willian or Moses to pass 2 players and to find open man.

Azpilicueta was scandalous last minutes. All the chances they had were on him personally. Not impressive performance. We didn't create almost anything - one good combination between Willian and Alonso, some good crosses from Moses, then deflection and shoot from long distance and that's it. Everything else was mistakes from Soton' players. When Morata went in at least we created something on our own. So I hope we'll play with real number 9 next game, doesn't matter Morata or Mitchy.
