Dropping people for playing poorly doesn't equal losing the dressing room.. Keeping certain players in games who are playing poorly doesn't mean losing the dressing room, they could be doing fantastic in training ( we are not privy to training sessions) and other options may not be doing so well in training.. Bottom line is we have a world class manager and its a bit fickle after all he has won during his tenure at the club to expect him to get sacked during a bad run. I think he will be able to pull the team together and things will change.

Its always easy to manage from the comfort of your own sofa..i'm sure Jose hasn't pulled any punches with regards to telling players their shortcomings.

Bola sometimes players need to be told hard truths, they get payed enough... unfortunately if managers lose their jobs because of dressing room rifts than whats the point of having managers. It highly unlikely that a manager like Jose is going to set the club 10 years back

Simple for me Roman and the board need to back Jose all the way.. if there is a dressing room rift players can't be allowed to dictate who manages Chelsea, they need to buck up and show their mettle. Sometimes you have to take the rough with the smooth.

If for whatever reason Jose has lost faith in a member of his backroom staff he has every right to make changes. Yes doctors have a duty of care but in the context of a sporting fixture they also need to use their discretion.
