The way I judge it to be world class you've got the be the Top 2 or 3 in your position in the world. Who else in the Prem can say that? Ibrahimovic is incredible but no longer at that level. Pogba is all image no substance. Cech has been overtaken by younger more talented keepers. As mentioned above Kantè is probably the only other player you could make a valid argument for being world class for.
