It's certainly not irrelevant over the course of a season and most of the those new seats are corporate. In the scope of FFP (if it is ever implemented properly) it's an important step.

I don't want Conte sacked, mainly because it's the boards fault for not backing him in the summer and this was obviously going to happen, but he is getting basic things wrong continuously lately and I'm fast losing patience I must admit.
Last night for example, why play Pedro who has been awful for months? Give a hungry Hudson-Odoi a start. Hazard as a false 9 DOES NOT WORK, play the striker we've just signed. Zappacosta is ATROCIOUS, play the new LB we've just signed, and if you really do need to play him, don't play him on the same side as Cahill who is also truly woeful.
 He actually played players out of position last night when he had players for those positions on the bench - new players that will actually want to put a shift in and may help us out of this hole we are in. These are basic things that everyone can see, so why can't Conte?
Funny thing is, with Chelsea being Chelsea, I can actually see us going and beating Barcelona in a few weeks time. 

I personally think our defense should be rebuilt around him at its core. If that means Luiz sits in the stands or leaves in Jan, so be it. He has served us magnificently in two spells, played a huge role in our success in 2012 and last year and for that I am grateful and will remember him fondly. However time goes on, Drogba, Terry and Lampard all lost their spots as better options came through. Now is the time for Christensen if Conte has the metal to keep picking him.

A lot of fans know where the root of our problems lie, it's the board. I don't think it's any coincidence that after a successful season, we have struggled the next after the board has failed to back the manager.
They just cause unnecessary tension and bad feeling that filters through the club as the season goes on. Our board is f**king woeful in my opinion, and they seem more concerned about selling players on for big money than building a squad full of depth and quality.
If you are going to sell our f**king depth, then at least back the manager and bring in the players he needs, if you can't do that then don't sell the damn players !!

I think we need to see Danny Drinkpints start alongside Baka and Kante in midfield for this, he's a bit more aggressive than Cesc in the tackle and gets about the pitch more. If Kante can't play i think we'll have difficulty.

Then maybe for the good of the team, both Luiz and Cahill will have to be dropped and bring Christensen and Rudiger in to play CB in their place. Have Azpilicueta and Zappacosta as full backs. Kante, Bakayoko and Fabregas make up the 3 man midfield and Pedro, Hazard and Morata are the 3 attackers.
I'm not sure if we need to be this quite drastic yet, but there definitely needs to be a few tweaks to our tactics. What we are doing now just isn't working.

But has it really?
Barkeley, Ox, Llorente and even Lukaku - I can honestly say I wasn't fussed about any of them coming to Chelsea. Sure it makes great headlines and gives the radio & TV the chance to play Elvis Costello "I don't want to go to Chelsea" and that hilarious and all that but who cares. United look strong currently but still very early days and I look at City and yes they have a good looking squad but it's still far from the right balance - so much so they were desperately trying to sign the great Jonny Evans and Failed!
