Well their top of the national league, so that will be a challenging match for us. I can see their players causing us all sorts of problems.

Im actually intrigued to see how long we can keep our losing streak up. Tonight will make it 6 in a row. Potentially we can lose 11 in a row up till the end of the season. With this team and management weve got every chance of achieving that.

Chelsea v Brentford (PL) Wed 26th Apr 2023 19:45 GMT
They have sacked 3 managers in a season, they have signed way too many players, they have paid extortionate amounts for unproven talent, they have handed out ridiculous contracts both in value and length, the list goes on. To think this has had no affect on the team is ridiculous. When Thiago Silva came out the said the owners need to ‘stop’ that tells you everything you need to know.

The problem is much deeper…its not just the players or the manager…Boehly has come in and destroyed the soul of the club.

I was against sacking an interim and Lampard before the end of the season, but if he loses his 5th game in row tonight there is a very strong case for trying to get Pochettino in before the end of the season. I know there’s no threat of relegation but this form can only be damaging. I thought Bruno actually looked pretty good and we performed well against Liverpool.

Cant blame the players here…there’s 1 attacking player on the pitch…and he’s playing out of position and is not a hold up player. They will run out of options and lose the ball, which is what is happening time and time again. I cant believe Lampard, one of the best players of his generation cant see this…shocking. Yep, it was coming…1-0 Brentford.

Who do you want next as manager?
So Nagelsmann has withdrawn from the process like Enrique did. It’s a two way process so clearly these managers are not liking something about the owners and Boehly and how they want to run things. I dont blame them, if I was a manager I wouldnt touch Chelsea based on the decisions theyve made this season…not until they have a clear strategy in place. Enrique and Nagelsman are both strong characters and i can see clashes with the owners. If reports are true that Tuchel rejected Boehly and others (including children) from entering the dressing room at half time then they will need to find a manager who will be happy to have Boehly in and out of the dressing room whenever he wants and bringing in whoever he wants. I dont agree with owners walking into dressing rooms and speaking to players especially at half time or after a match, it undermines the manager. Im sure Pochettino will be looking at this and have to consider if he can work with this. I do think this is more of an owner problem than a manager problem as they are looking for a yes man, no great manager was ever pushover or a yes man.

Who do you want next as manager?
Having a caretaker manager works when you have a settled squad. When you require players to fit a specific style you need to be determine who you want and dont want and fast! These last 10 games would have been perfect for a perm manager to come in and assess the squad, see who he likes and who he doesnt, what he needs for his system. Then the work to get rid of players and recruit could have already been underway come summer. Now the manager will come in in summer have a preseason and still not know what his best 11 come the start of next season. I see more panic buys and selling players we shouldnt be towards the end of summer.

BlueCo buy Chelsea FC
There comes a time when things are going so badly that players stand up against the owners. Thiago Silva did just that! Ive never known a player to stand up against the owners, managers yes, never the owner. 20 years under Abramovich not one player ever questioned or spoke out against Abramovich. Todd Boehly has achieved that in less than year. Silva telling the owners to ‘stop’ speaks volumes!!! things really are that bad!

This is completely ridiculous…having the owner who knows nothing about the game come in after the team have lost to speak for an hour. Not only does this undermine the manager but as a player Boehly is the last person Id want to see.

Who do you want next as manager?
To be honest if I was a player and had my salary slashed by 30% for not qualifying for the the champions league I would be furious especially If Ive not been playing…which the majority (19) arent of the squad. This must have damaged morale no end when champions league qualification looked unlikely…no wonder theyve stopped playing. This might work in the NFL but not here.

Who do you want next as manager?
Its a 30% reduction in salary for not qualifying for the champions league for all players signed in the last year or extended their contracts. I do think this is one of the reasons Mount and Kante havent renewed contracts…I mean why would they no champions league next season. Everything is just such a complete mess, from managers to transfers to finances. I think things will get a lot worse before they get better.

First time losing 4 games in a row since 1993, damn.

Were playing much better than I had expected…some good build up play… getting in behind out wide…just no one to finish it.

I would have also played Azpi instead of Havertz to make it 6 at the back. Its important we dont concede.

Ziyech has done more in 5 mins than what Pulisic, Mudryk and Sterling did in 60 mins.

Cant blame Lampard, he wasnt going to say no. This is Cordons team now, he made this executive decision. The response Lampard gave in the press conference he knew he was Cordons appointment. What a fn joke, Cordons been Boehlys advisor all along. Embarrassing.

Chelsea v Brighton (CL) Sat 15th Apr 2023 15:00 GMT
This is probably the most one sided match Ive ever seen. Men vs boys. We havent stringed together 3 passes in their half. We are getting sliced open in defence every time. Seriously…this squad is valued at £800mill and Brightons is £50mill. Lampard should just give it up. Worst manager ever…we looked so much better under Bruno against Liverpool.

Real Madrid v Chelsea (CL) Wed 12th Apr 2023 20:00 GMT
Im not saying its the be all end all, I said we’d be higher up the table with a few strikers, we still need a good manager. The year before we still had Giroud and Tammy. Liverpool won the league with Salah and Mane, we have Sterling and Ziyech. If youre going to play without strikers you still need players who can get you 20 goals a season, we dont. I also remember how awful we played with Hazard playing up front and with Willian and Pedro on the wings. It just never worked for us.

Real Madrid v Chelsea (CL) Wed 12th Apr 2023 20:00 GMT
Won the super cup, Finished 3rd and made 2 domestic cup finals. Hence why I said we finish in the top 4 with a striker. Youve just proven my point you numpty. If you cant value or see what a striker brings to the table you are someone who hasnt played the game, not even to a local level. ‘Antonio’ without Costa Chelsea dont get anywhere winning the league in 16-17.

Real Madrid v Chelsea (CL) Wed 12th Apr 2023 20:00 GMT
Toney has scored 18 goals playing for Brentford this season. At Chelsea with the amount of chances weve created in games he scores 30 and We win half the games weve lost and were in the top four. My point is of course having a striker in a specialist position makes a difference, it also allows other players to play and thrive as theres a focal point and gives the other team something to worry about. We dont have goalscorers in midfield to play without a striker.

The players are completely broken, look lost and have zero confidence or will. With all the manager changes, influx of new players, sacking of non playing staff and there being too many players it has affected morale. Boelhy has destroyed the soul of the club.

Can we get in another manager now that were heading out of the champions league? At least we can try setting a record for number of different managers in a season.
