Loz, as Alan does not seem to be posting match reports any more, was wondering if it was open for anybody else to post match reports, if so I would like to try my hand at it.

Chelsea v Arsenal (PL) 3/10/10, KO 16:00 BST
Another derby match goes to Chelsea Chelsea 2-0 Arsenal Goals from Didier Drogba and a Exocet missile strike from Alex downed Arsenal, as the champions won another London derby match at Stamford Bridge 2-0. Arsenal as ever played their beautiful game but Chelsea scored the match winning goals, we got our tactics right on the day where as Arsenal just keep playing their magical football, but not pulling points out of the bag. Arsenal started the stronger and could have been two goals to the good in only two minutes, Arshavin forcing a fine save out of Petr, and the resulting corner Chamakh headed over when it seemed easy to score, and Arshavin later on forced a fine save out of from Petr Cech. With Chelsea coming more into the match Drogba produced Chelsea's first effort on target with a pile driver of a shot which was well saved by Lukasz Fabianski, but as we continued to exert more pressure and grip on the game it was Drogba who opened the scoring with a deft back-heeler at the near post after fine work from Ramires who's pass found Ashley Cole who then produced a fine byline cross on 39 minutes. Referee Mike Dean waving away protests from Arsenal who felt they should have had a foul from Ramires at the start of the move. Once again, Arsenal started brightly in the second half putting Chelsea on the back foot from the off, but as in the first half we gradually stamped our mark on the game, Nicolas Anelka then missed the easiest chance of his game and probably his career, on dispossessing Sebastien Squillaci, Nico rounded Fabianski and with the goal gaping embarrassingly ended up putting the ball into the side netting, with us keeping on the pressure, Ashley Cole then had a goal disallowed for an offside (shown later it was a bad call from the linemen) and Anelka forced Fabianski into another fine save. Chamakh missed Arsenal’s best chance to get level when he headed past Cech's post it was a decisive miss as Chelsea, with five minutes remaining, scored their second goal which killed off the visitors - and what a beauty it was. Anelka was fouled 25 yards out and up stepped Alex who produced a blistering trademark right-footed free-kick which arrowed through the wall and smacked the top right hand corner of Fabianski's net, leaving the goalkeeper floundering. Chelsea are now four points clear at the top of the league , with Arsenal a further seven points behind the champions, and Liverfool's to far down the table for me to see. Drogba being my man of the match, followed closely by Mikel.

Gray is not worth wasting breath over, and it should be seriously considered in banning any mention of said game analyser on this site, (an ag free zone) the amount of rubbish that prat spouts, and not just against us is unbelievable.- Chelsea v Marseille (CL) 28th Sept 2010 19:45 BST
Well try facing them, see how nervous you are then, he makes the keepers look right numbskull's, he takes them with real arrogance and long may it continue.- Chelsea v Marseille (CL) 28th Sept 2010 19:45 BST
Perhaps we could use 4-4-2, Cech Ivan, - Alex, - JT, - Ashley Essien, - Mikel, - Ramires,- Zhirkov. Anelka, - Malouda, but believe will be Cech Ivan, - Alex, - JT, - Ashley. Essien, - Mikel, - Ramires. Kakuta, - Anelka, - Malouda. for a 2-0 win for us.- Chelsea v Marseille (CL) 28th Sept 2010 19:45 BST
That's funny.- Hello, every Chelsea fan!
Don't forget Bowls and Saturday night barbecue time, welcome mate, hows your lemons growing?- Joshua McEachran
I believe that teams that play football like the Arsenal, Blackpool teams would be an ideal fit for young Josh to display his undoubtedly talents, and to slowly give him playing time against the cloggers utd. teams, so yes if our injured midfield players are not available come the Arsenal game, give him his full debut, as the old adage goes, if your young enough your good enough, but we must nurture his football education carefully.- Correct score poll vs Marseille
i will also go with 2-0 though it will be tough, with Carlo have in limited options for the team and bench.- Chelsea v Marseille (CL) 28th Sept 2010 19:45 BST
Kakuta is still injured, and Bosingwa is down to play a reserve game Tuesday against Liverfool.- Man City v Chelsea (PL) 25/09/10 KO 12:45 BST

Well lads/lasses I have read all your posts the arguments discussions and silly statements, but I think we will just have to say that City are our bad/good luck charm, in Jose first season, our only defeat was against, yes you guessed it City, who was Champions come end of season? last season we lost twice to City, guess what, we became Champions again, so yes if we become Champions again it will not seem so dark come end of season.- Chelsea v Newcastle (CC) 22/09/10 19:45 BST
It could also mean there is more chances of first team players to suffer serious injuries, we our small squad, so can not afford more injuries than we have now.- Correct score poll vs Man City
3-0 Drogba and Anelka to fire us to victory.- Man City v Chelsea (PL) 25/09/10 KO 12:45 BST
I believe that is his point, even the most ardent Chelsea fan is not predicting a 5, 6, win, but a hard fought for win.- Man City v Chelsea (PL) 25/09/10 KO 12:45 BST
So up next is the pretenders to our title of Champions, if they think that beating as twice last season brings kudos for this season, well they can think again, the last team to do the double over us in 2008 -09, was Liverfool, they never got near us the following season, and I believe Man. City will share the same fate as long as we do not take them lightly, which I firmly believe Carlo will not, they have sent Bellamy packing and he really was their driving force last season, so with a strong and rested team, I predict a 3 - 0 victory. Team. Cech. Ivanovic, Alex, JT, Ashley. Essien, Mikel, Ramires. Anelka, Drogba, Malouda.- Chelsea v Newcastle (CC) 22/09/10 19:45 BST
Ramires was playing out of position, and just settling down with the club, Yuri is a fullback/winger, so we had no real strength in the middle of the park, , he played a lot better when young Josh McEachran came on and started to dictate the pattern of play. - Chelsea v Marseille (CL) 28th Sept 2010 19:45 BST
