Chelsea v Shakhtar Donetsk (CL) 7/11/12 KO 19:45 GMT
Absolute bollocks ? sums up your analyses, he played a high energy game, scored a goal, would you have liked him to deliver the morning milk & papers as well ? Mikel was immense. Against a very good footballing side like Shakhtar, even Cole struggled, thought Ryan cope well, considering he had no help from midfielders. Luiz agreed, should be benched, until he learns to defend correctly, & gets a decent haircut.

Shafted they were, 1 goal chalk off for offside, pen turned down last minute, seems they have to live and learn like we did, and work twice as hard to get any decision.

Chelsea lodge Clattenburg complaint
Well to my way of thinking, probable likes yours, it has just muddy the waters a little bit more, why is it every Tom, Dick & Harry now a Glyn like to add there threepenny worth of nonsense? if it was not so moronic, perhaps I could laugh, but I just have to shake my head in disbelief.

When Will They Spare A Thought For John Obi Mikel ?
It has been reported that none of the other official heard anything, which is a totally different from them saying, he never said anything, Could he have had his hand covering mike? Hopefully the police will get to the truth, because I seem not to have much belief in the FA from uncovering the truth, can not think why.

Time to unleash Moses down the middle !
A = Torres. B = Sturridge.

What and spoil JT's comeback! no way.

Time to unleash Moses down the middle !
It is something worth trying, nothing ventured nothing gained, and as plan A or B does not seem to be getting much joy, (goal wise) it would certainly do no harm in trying a different avenue.

Falcao to Chelsea?
Why the hell did we not buy him? sounds a logical fit for Chelsea, as a non-prolific striker,

Not only the crows, but also the rooks, blackbirds and not forgetting the canaries, they also could help out.

Chelsea v Shakhtar Donetsk (CL) 7/11/12 KO 19:45 GMT
If it was not such an important game I would love to see :- Cech Ivan, Cahill, Terry, Cole Mikel, Mata, Ramires Hazard Torres Sturridge. Just to see if our front two can play off one another, beings they are both having a torrid period at moment

Torres - The "Groundhog Day" Thread
Why do we support Torres? simple really, I am surprised that a clever boy like you had not realised it, we have only two strikers in the squad, going under the name of Sturridge and Torres, because they are both Chelsea players and as such they get our totally support, Simple really, they maybe not be doing a great job between at the moment, but they are doing a job for Chelsea, that will do for me, and until such time they get replaced, can you imaging what the opposition would make of it if we were to boo and hiss then, I am sure they would just love that.

Ashley Cole Contract Negotiations
A years rolling contract is right, with have Ryan Bertrand who is more than ready to step up to a regular start, and the way Cole has been playing the last three or four games, he should be giving his chance now, if he was considered good enough for a start in the most important games of last season, the Premiership should hold no fears for him.

We can air our grievances on forums like this, do you think it is only fans who check out these sites, maybe, just maybe it will come to the notice of those in authority, and we will not have to then, keep on saying, oh tough luck lets just move on.

MOTM vs Swansea
Moses for me, though he did look tired and leggy towards the end, probable while he was subbed.

Torres - The "Groundhog Day" Thread
Short of strikers we may be, but to keep on saying, this team has all these strikers, that team has a abundant amount of strikers, the rest of the league teams have wonderful strike force, then why have they not scored more goals than Chelsea? bar one.We have got what we have in the way of strike force, and unfortunately we have to live with it until the powers to-be decide who/when some one comes in.

Torres - The "Groundhog Day" Thread
He also missed at least 4 excellent chances, too add to his goal tally, failed on numerous occasions to set up team mates who were in better goal scoring positions.

Torres - The "Groundhog Day" Thread
If he keeps on shooting like he did Wednesday, he wont get many to his name either.

How is it scouse mentality? when all everybody wants is equality with the decisions ref's make in the games, when one player can get sent off, and in the same game the opposing player committing the same offence gets let off, you think that is justice?
-
Following our nearest and dearest rivals
Why is it embarrassing? It is not bitternes, we would just like consistence in all the calls the ref's make, we had two similar incidents in our games with Utd, one resulted in RED the other YELLOW, why? same with Arsenal, Cleverley should have been shown two yellow's, Wilshere was, you go figure.

Chelsea lodge Clattenburg complaint
Would think there must be some evidence, as we are proceeding with Mikel's claim, and dropping Mata's, but even if the evidence is not there or not strong enough to convict, why should we be deducted any points? Chelsea has a duty of care towards their employee's, to investigate any complaint that is brought to their attention, and to act accordingly in reporting the matter to the governing authorities, which is the FA, so they can hardly penalise Chelsea for carrying out their duties as a employer. With a matter as serious as this is, (and because of the JT incident) I would have thought it was inevitable that Roman would have been consulted, giving his consent to report the matter, so you can not seriously mean to sack RA.
