Whyte is/was basically a chancer/wide boy? who on gaining control stripped the the club of its assets, how the hell did he gain control in the first place, if he had no monies? have not the Scottish FA got in place like the English FA, a fit & proper test to see if it is going to a legitimate concern.It beggars belief in this day and age that still someone (like C Whyte) can gain control of a multimillion pound business, what with all the legal processes one has to go through, even buying a little beach hut has to go through legal due process.

If they were largely debt free as you say, then decide not to pay tax, (which is a legal requirement to do so) they are then asked to pay that tax which is owing, WHY did they not do so? if they were in a (debt free) financial position to do so, seems to me a crazy way to run a business & expect to be successful in it.
