Man City told to go whistle again..
Absolutely, they will squeeze every penny from us. We have gone in low and under valuation, Everton can reject us publicly and look as though they are sticking to their principles. Its obvious they will buckle at some point.

Man City told to go whistle again..
Its not the end of it. We will go back. The club have had firm indications he wants to sign for us. Everton will want to squeeze as much from us as possible, I can see us paying around 20 million for him.

Man City told to go whistle again..
I think it will all be tidied up when you return home from the States. I think Bridgeboy is attempting to get a rise our out me with all the MUFC stuff, quite sad really. I think we have enough publicity by signing the likes of Carlos Tevez. Anyone see Deco's interview on SSN this morning? He sounded as confident as bridgeboy.

Man City told to go whistle again..
I think pretty much all City supporters hold Sun up as a bit of a cult hero. He would play absolutely anywhere he was asked to, unfortunately he was not a master of any position but I loved it when he used to play as a right back/wing back. He was so committed to us and in this day an age it was so good to see. I remember one match when he was playing an absolute shocker and one particular section of the fans were being abusive towards him. At one stage he just stopped in front of them and smiled a great big broad f**k off smile, shrugged his shoulders and got back on with it. He has gone back to China now hasn't he? Top bloke!

8 Match ban if I remember correctly, we suspended him as well. Horrible player. Michael Ball on the other hand should of been knighted!

Man City told to go whistle again..
That was Michael Ball. Proud moment that one. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qDeDgKjL7F8&NR=1 Thatcher was a tit, he fore arm smashed Pedro Mendes, horrible that. You have one noticeable absentee from your list. Sir Joseph Barton.

Tevez
Thats the thing, if they ever truly say what they are thinking it causes a sh*t storm. Diarra going to Pompey and stating they were a stepping stone, I mean he was correct and honest but its not what you want to hear, even if deep down you prefer it to. "I dreamt of playing for Wigan when I was growing up in Ecuador."

Man City told to go whistle again..
He is one player i would never, ever want to see at my club. Great player, horrible little sh*t though. Lescott will be ours, these negotiations have been going on for a fair while. He wants to come.

Man City told to go whistle again..
Haha im talking about goals as thats all I can see looking at our line up!! The left hand side of our defense will be strong next season ----------Barry Bridge---Lescott Ideally i want to see Nedum or Vinny next to him and either a rejuvenated Micah or a new signing at right back, however we all know who Hughes wants as his defensive lynch pin.
-
Tevez
Course he is. Its the standard line whenever players sign anywhere. "They were the only club for me etc etc..."
-
Tevez
I think those quotes are misleading, I get the impression from reading the full interview what he is actually said is we are the only club he wanted to come to (bollocks but thats the way they read in full.)

Man City told to go whistle again..
He will certainly add to our set piece play. we have been shocking in that area for years. Now we have RSC, Adebayor, reported to be at the arsenal training ground saying his goodbyes, RSC and hopefully Jolleon with Barry delivering we might actually manage a few goals. I would rather us focus on a RB once we get him but we are hell bent on Terry.

Man City told to go whistle again..
Pretty much what DKW said, but we should give him 1 more season. It looks as though he will be first choice right back unless we stregthen but I am concerned about him. He put on a lot of muscle weight which was completely unnecessary losing alot of that initial burst of pace that would get him out of trouble and the salmon like leap. His attitude was appalling at times and he seemed to think it was those around him who were responsible for our erratic form. I have never been Richard Dunnes biggest fan but do feel he came in for a lot of stick that wasn't warranted as he spent most of his time being pulled out of position covering for Micah. Myself and alot of City fans really couldnt stand the runs forward and then the lethargic runs back, it was laziness. We were all hoping he would of gone and joined Stevie on his training regime this summer, but by all accounts he was out pissing it up and then contracted swine flu. He seems to fancy himself as a plastic Gangsta, hanging around with Titus bramble and Ishmael Miller. Shame.

Man City told to go whistle again..
Yep. We went for Lescott around the time of the Barry deal. Ideally we want to pair him with Terry, however I would much rather Lescott partnering Nedum or Vinny than Terry. I want us to bring through our own Terry and Nedum is a colossus and a local lad and lifelong City fan.

Tevez
Oh I agree, I'd like to think there are no city fans that actually believe he turned down Chelsea for us, (but I doubt it.) What I do love about him is how he always scorches rumors of leaving. We have had to put up with a year of that now and he looks happier than ever thankfully. I think next season we should see much more consistency from Robinho as he is now surrounded by players who will take the attention from him. The signing of Barry was a genius move from Hughes and one nobody could foresee. He can now sit and help cover for Bridge allowing Robbie to roam again, we also have a target man in RSC and hopefully Adebayor which should give him even more space. I have high hopes for Robbie this coming season.

I think that was the entire team training before any away game last season to be fair.

Man City told to go whistle again..
According to the Times, who said the same thing in January. It would make me feel sick to see him at City. Has he ever managed to conclude a deal for a proper world star? I've seen him sod up Ronaldinho and Robinho off the top of my head.

Man City told to go whistle again..
Im bored at the moment mate. Inbetween jobs and waiting to go back to uni in October so like getting the opinion from both sides. By the way I wont just vanish off the site. The only way I will is if we sign him and the last thing you will need is a fan of the club he has gone to on here.
