Man City told to go whistle again..
Haha I know. I cant stand the odious little man. As for Bridgeboy I dont think its me with the Terry fantasy.

Man City told to go whistle again..
Oh no Peter Kenyon has stated JT is not for sale at any price. Well thats that then...LOL.

Man City told to go whistle again..
"My names John and I'm delighted to be here." DKW. Why couldn't JT do the interview then?

Man City told to go whistle again..
They showed the interview on Sky. It seemed very tetchy on his behalf. It wasn't exactly said with conviction. Im sure posters will say Im seeing a certain way but you can just tell if someone's being sincere or not.

Man City told to go whistle again..
Its just odd that Ballack had time for a chat but Mr Chelsea couldn't fit it into his busy schedule.

Man City told to go whistle again..
So your captain is at a press conference, huge speculation hanging over him, a quick "im staying at Chelsea" would suffice. Instead Michael Ballack is interviewed and stumbles through a terribly executed "think he will stay" waffle. That must breed some extreme confidence amongst you lot.

announcement on the way at around 2.30pm
HAHA, by the way, Ballack sounded so utterly convincing in that interview. "err......I think he will stay.......but er.....anything can happen."

I reckon MUFC wont get any benefit from this bid in all honesty, we on the other hand may well do. I admire you bridgeboy, you remind me of how I felt with Wright Phillips. He wont, he will never, he cant, oh he's gone.

And what a surprise you think the opposite, we both have our respective shade of blue tinted glasses on. Nothing wrong with that. Well until there is a coincidental meeting in a restaurant pictured i think we are safe. I think if we sign JT its going to hit you harder than even bridegeboy.

Man City told to go whistle again..
I think the opposite and we are turning the screw.

Man City told to go whistle again..
Yes that is realistic, seeing as Bridge, SWP and Barry are picked for England. I have no idea why Maradona would now pick Tevez for Argentina and as for Robinho, he should of been told to never play for Brazil again when he signed for us.

Im just saying, that if you are that confident of him staying then publicly allowing him to speak to us will put the spotlight onto Terry and away from the speculation. Its perfectly clear we have reason to be moving for him even if Bridgeyboy is still looking through the bluest of tinted specs. No way should this be carried onto your pre season tour, the only way this ends is with JT, no one else. Unfortunately we are departing for South Africa shortly so I imagine it will carry on for at least another week. I really doubt that price will be anywhere near what you receive for him. I would say 35-40 tops. It would make him the british record transfer, but who am I to say? I cant put a price on what he would be worth to us and our owners make those sums of money in a couple of days. Its their money, I think however much we give you, you seem to have problems spending money to attract the biggest stars despite your standing in the game so an extra 10 or 20 will just boost your coffers.

Hughes would never say anything unless he was certain. It's a very cleverly crafted statement, note the "we can offer john a change of scenery" and not "john would like a change of scenery." I know this is hard for you lot but maybe you should give us permission to talk to him, then we will know exactly where we all stand. Publicly giving us permission will force terry into a decision to stay or come to us.

Tap tap tap.

Tevez
I know it hurt at the time, but have you bleached the name Robinho from your brain?
-
Man City told to go whistle again..
Ok mate, but what you have read in the press is by all accounts not to far from the truth, even the trusted ones on here say so.

Man City told to go whistle again..
Yup, all down to JT now. The price is not a problem, its just down to the man now.

Since September the first we have spent £145 million. With Thaksin the fees were rumored to be the following. Gelson. 4 million Bianchi. 9 million Elano. 8 million Corluka. 8 million Bojinov. 5 million. Benjani. 7 million Garrido. 2 million Petrov. 6 million. Then we had. Kompany. 8 million SWP. 10 million. Ben Haim. 5 million Jo. 18 million. Alot of those fees are reliant on appearances etc... For example, we have only payed 3.5 for Benjani and 7 for Jo. By the looks of it, you can add 22 million for Adebayor and 20 for Lescott. If we get Terry then we have spent around 310 million? As for the strikers. Its obvious our first 4 are RSC, Tevez, Robinho and Adebayor. The only one I want to see us keep from the rest is Boji, maybe Bellamy. The rest can go.

Rumor mill is kicking into overdrive at the moment. By all accounts we have completed the Adebayor deal as well.

true, however I just think its in everyones best interest to get this resolved before you fly off to America, he is your captain after all. Im also getting bored with transfer pursuits. Tevez was painful!
