Congratulations lads. Loved the game yesterday, especially Ballack leathering that mard arse Evra. How Andy Gray can state Shrek was onside is beyond me but if it hadnt of counted we wouldnt of got to see the PFA Greatest player in the history of the game Ryan Giggs take the second sh*ttest penalty in history followed by THE sh*ttest one of all time from Evra. Just wish Berbatov could of completed the set.

I think both set of supporters can be pleased with the way John has conducted himself at the end of this saga. He hasnt come out and tried to gloss over our interest, he has been complimentary and even admitted that he considered it. It was new experience for him to be bid on by another club. Ultimately he was given the reassurances he required and rightfully so. Apart from releasing the bid into the public domain, I think you can be proud of the way your owners and executives dealt with the situation. In hindsight perhaps releasing the bid into the public was another way of showing John both externally and within that he was very much the most valued player at Chelsea. I hope he leads you to the title this season, unless by some miracle we can be up there!

Yes I am bias, but this in my opinion is a stunning kit. (sh*t pic) Simple and classy. The material is much like the England kit, it looks like the cotton kit we used to wear in the 60's and 70's. Great player. It appears he has learned from his mistakes in the past and thankfully for him he has still ended up at the very top. When he disappeared to Fenerbache I thought that would be the last seen of him. It seems his brother has taken a back eat and let him get on with his career.

Its pretty complicated, they can afford to buy it in an instant but at this moment in time it makes more sense for us to lease it from the council. The Sheikhs are buying up land around the stadium for it to be developed into a full blown Sport City. I am positive we will buy it one day, if and hopefully when the need to expand comes along. Until then its a good arrangement for both the club and the council. Theres a few explanations as to why they are called the rags, however my favourite is this one.

Thankyou. Here and elsewhere I am, and always have been complimentary about Chelsea. Its pretty obvious where my stance on the Terry transfer is and has been. The only clubs I tend to use nicknames for are United (Rags, Scum) or Red scouse, (Dippers) Rent boys is a bit of a stupid name and all though appropriated to a different meaning, its a tad hypocritical of us to call you rent boys when we still dont own our stadium.

De Jong arrived in January. Its been heavily rumored that Kompany, Zaba and SWP were bank rolled by the Sheikhs whilst they were in takeover negotiations. They were during Thaksins rein though.

I really dont like that rumor one bit. sturridge I can deal with, but Ned on the other hand is a lifelong blue and a manc to boot. He did brilliantly at the end of last season and if anything id rather we gave them Micah or Dunne and Jo. Preferably we should just through them some extra cash because Ned has a really bright future and id rather we developed him as our own JT.

Ah the fountain of knowledge that is Wiki! Well Sturridge is the shortest 6'2 I have ever seen. That makes him an inch shorter than Adebayor by wiki's reckoning!

haha its very true, defense needs a serious overhaul to get anywhere near Arsenal. Im sure we are working on that though :( Slightly annoying that its going to go quiet for a while what with Lescott in America. Im pretty positive about us landing him though. Your right, I think Hughes is on thin ice. The chairman have been very patient so far. I dont think there were many City fans that didnt want him sacked at Christmas last year, but I do feel that he has proved a few wrong, myself included. The team is looking very solid in midfield, upfront and in goal. That defense is terrible in comparison to that standard though. God I would love us to win the FA cup. It would be the first time I would see us win a trophy in my lifetime. I have no idea what the emotion of winning it would be like? Winning the div 2 playoff was a pretty big moment in my life, but an actual major would be mind blowing.

Our best chance is the Carling cup. We need to play our full strength squad and hope that teams like yourselves, and the scum play weakened teams and fall victim somewhere. I cant see us winning anything, but a semi final would mean progress!
