I hate to say it but ...... Neymar. He would fit that role perfectly. He plays as a second striker for Santos but plays out wide a lot. Also, he plays as a winger on the national team. He prefers to start on the left side and take on defenders, but can be on the right also.

Not say if I am for or against getting Neymar but the comparison between him and Ramires is not valid. Neymar is a totally different player. He can go by anybody. Ramires is not a dribbler. Everybody complains about ramires first touch. Neymar's first touch is unreal. Yes he is smaller but his game isn't holding up the ball with his body. It is going by people.

That lost of three is not appealing at all. We can get better.

The 4-3-3 is done! Again today, we can't create any good chances playing that way (First Half). We switched in the second and saw many more players get foward. The second half today looked more like a 4-4-2 but the outside midfielders moved way up to make it more of a 4-2-3-1, which I like a lot better. It gives us more going forward. We have the players to pull it off because we have 3 capable midfielders (Essien, Mikel, Ramires) to play the 2 defensive midfielders. Plus, it gave us an option in the middle of the attack, behind Drogba.

Should have been Lampard. Who has control of this team? Lampard is our penalty taker when healthy.

Looking at the replay, the goal was Terrys fault just as much as Mikel's. Terrys man cut right in front of him.

I would agree we are playing better, but still lack GOOD chances. There is not enough support for Anelka as he is the only one available for crosses. When Kalou is in there with him there is already 5 or 6 defenders waiting. We have to take off a midfielder and bring on another striker. Change the formation and go for it.

Its not that he didn't finish that one. Its that he doesn't finish any of them. When was his last goal, and how many shots has he had since then. 20? 30? 40?

Why is that every time we cross the ball there is only one person(Anelka) waiting with 4 defenders on him. .....Oh I know, the 4-3-3 isn't getting it done.

Essien has been bad also. So Mikel has made one mistake this year and you ask for Josh. There are too many people that have a crush on Josh right now. He is good, but not better than Mikel and Essien.
