Why not play a player like Sturridge, who is playing great right now. Build his confidence. Make him the player we all think he can be. Or we can wait for Drogba and Anelka find form at the expense of our youth players. It is going to come to a point where Chelsea have to determine if we are going to develp the youth or just go out and buy experienced players because taking of players like Sturridge and Kakuta clearly goes against their development. If I were Kakuta, I wouldn't sign a new deal. The team continuously gives chances back to the older players to "find their form."

Here is a prediction: if Kakuta starts and plays the whole game, he will have a goal or assist in the game. I just have a feeling that starting and playing will give him some confidence. He has the ability to to by people and create chances, unlike most of our attackers.

Exactly. He is a great player but we already have 3 midfielders that play the same way as he does. Mikel and essien are great and ramires will be a good player. Why spend tons of money on the same type of player? We need attacking midfielders or more creative forwards.

I doubt very much that both Drogba and Anelka will start this game, much less play. They will rest them. Kakuta will be playing quite a bit along with PVA I'm sure.
