Actually quite a boring game. Good win though could have/should have won by more but we were a little off today and still won by 2 so good signs. But seriously how pathetic are Stoke? That kind of display really isn't worthy of the EPL,their whole attacking play is based on throw ins lol... I knew they had a good thrower and might cause us trouble but i mean for their whole attacking game plan to be based on it really is sad. He wasn't on for long enough for us to judge really came on with 5mins left and we were trying to kill off the game.He made a few passes around midfield.

Marco Verratti is a must,i buy him with every team i manage lol.... At the start of the game he is 16 (or17) plays for an Italian Serie B team Pescara So he's Cheap/Young turns into a beast of a midfielder,excellent at set pieces can play CM or AM very versatile. Dzeko for teams who can afford him,usually around 25mill,even mid table teams i try to sell enough players to raise the funds to buy him,he is just way too overpowered in the game. Diego Renan starts out young 19 i think could be wrong,his stats aren't amazing but he is a solid wingback,good tackling and has a good cross on him,you can pretty much buy him,put him at right back and forget about that position for the next 10 seasons lol...He doesn't get injured much. And Danny Wilson solid CB starts the game @ 18 he is CHEAP around 3mill i think,it's different every game but very cheap,this guy needs a little nurturing but once he hits 21 - 22 your assistant manager will tell you he is quality. But the regen players are usually the gems,dirt cheap with amazing stats,they usually take a little coaching though and i've usually had to retrain new positions for my regen players to fit into my system takes about 1 or 2 season depending on how versatile they are.That keeps me interested in the game,can't wait till 2011 comes out.

For fm 2011 they shouldn't make any strikers too over powered lol... Like Dzeko,if you play any of the top teams and sign Dzeko for like 20mill you can win everything. And that was a season where he was injured for a short period could have easily bagged 50+ goals in the league. I got sick of that so i've been trying to take smaller teams to promotion and scout regen players/youngsters etc... How do you guys manage your teams?

Yossi on the scoresheet,nice finish to the game. Must admit Wigan started well,really had us on the ropes the first 20mins but my god their defence.....it's so bad there's really no word for it we were literally walking those goals in,i guess that's the risk of playing so aggressive and keeping that high line. I know we won 6 - 0 but being objective about our football we did look rusty at times especially Ivanovic and Mikel losing the ball a bit too much,hopefully that will improve. Great game otherwise...
