Alright i found this absolute GEM of a story which happened several weeks old,but it's definitely good insight. In short what happened was....During a Santos game few weeks ago,they had won a penalty kick but the manager told Neymar to let someone else take it because he had missed the last 7 or so penalties. So Neymar wasn't too happy about this and threw an in game tantrum,for the rest of the game he refused to pass the ball to anyone and acted like a child pretty much here's a video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-TkvqlU9XCs So after the game,the manager Dorvial Junior wanted to ban him for 15 days for his petulance,however this ban would mean that Neymar had to sit out on a Santos vs Corinthians clash,the club desperately wanted Neymar to play this game,so what does the club do? OK the animosity toward Ramires is just plain childish. Essien Mikel Ramires will be our midfield vs Marseille Ramires has a good pair of feet with a very nice touch, he needs to play every game since it's early in the season so he can get these mistakes out of the way and continue to gain chemistry with the team. There's really no point benching him as punishment because later in the season we WILL need him.

He did nothing all game but lose the ball. I'm glad we have a manager big enough to take players off who aren't playing well regardless of their calibre. Who we really missed was Kalou to give us more dynamism up front with runs past their defense. And don't mean to beat on a dead horse but the ref pretty much allowed City to play their physical game without caution which set the tone for the game but he didn't apply the same standards when Chelsea got physical that pissed me off a lot during the game,how many late tackles did we just shrug off but the ref apparently had short term memory loss and never pulled the play back?

Doesn't help that Drogba had terrible game was trying to do too much on his own. Anelka played well but he does this thing where he slows the attack down it's annoying sometimes because it allows the opposition to set up a barrier around him and that's exactly what happened most of the time.

Essien has got a good long shot but he's wasting our opportunities when we can easily get into better scoring positions

Seriously this ref is the biggest mindf**k i've had for a long time. 2nd half he blows for the softest fouls 1st half he was happy to let rugby tackles play on.

That's the problem with English refs,it's a fad to "let the game run" and dirty players take full advantage.

This ref thinks he's officiating a rugby match unfortunately No wonder there are more broken legs in EPL than any other league
