Ive heard it before when we’ve won the league and previously when City have won the league. Neither successfully defended their title. Personally I think United just need those few additions and he’ll win the league with them. If im wrong I’m wrong but we shall see. City have been miles ahead before and then failed to defend their title.

I honestly wish him luck, that league needs Rangers to come good again so it’s not just Celtic winning it every season. I’d prefer someone lik Aberdeen or someone come good and dethrone Celtic cause I think that would shake Scottish football up. It sure as hell needs it!

Happens to most of them all look at Brian Clough towards the end. I still don’t know if we can say that about Mourinho yet. He won two trophies last season.

I think the commentators here are overselling Arsenal’s missed chances. Atletico have also missed chances and occasions where a different pass would have most likely led to a goal. This is the problem with this country we oversell our own teams. It’s almost like they think cause they’re English they have a right to win.

The season we won it wasn’t that the season Malouda was outcast? Either way Malouda was only good for us for the latter half of the 08-09 season and the entire 09-10 season. Other than that he was pretty garbage other than the odd game.

I spoke too soon Tbh those talking about Real’s defence against Liverpool’s attack. Let’s not forget that Bayern have conceded 4 goals in two legs here too. Personally I still want Real to win cause I’m a big Ronaldo fan.

This team is impressive, five years in a row is an incredible achievement. It’s about time more of these lads start breaking into the first team. I think we need a long term strategy with the right manager who can bed these lads into the team. We may have to wait a few years for some success but the long term benefits could be great.

I hope we beat them but I’m not expecting it. Would be their luck to get a late winner.
