I don't necessarily write them off I just don't see them as a massive threat, unless we really do a serious bottle job it's really down to us giving it to them if that's the case. Whenever they've been in the spotlight they've f**ked it up, I think it's only City who are capable of doing it and as level headed, if Arsenal do it I think a lot of luck would have to be involved, and they can't afford to drop any points from now until the end of the season. We will see anyway in the coming weeks but as things stand now like I said I still see City as our biggest threat, they are the ones I am not writing off.

The fearing thought of Arsenal winning the league is what's getting you worked up about it mate, they are playing well, Liverpool were dreadful also. But realistically City still have more of a chance than them to go on and win the league, they are the ones to worry about for the time being.

And we can still win the league, end of the day it is just ifs. I'll worry about that when we start dropping points, hopefully that's not today.

Man City are still the ones to worry about, hopefuly they will lose. But to be fair it's all down to us really, have to beat Stoke and QPR so then we at least have breathing space for the top sides.

Yeah he is a quality player, I never thought he would be that good but at the same time football fans make too many opinions. Give it time before we start saying he is the next big thing, we've seen it plenty of times from players who have had a good season and drop off. And Lawrensen is very right in his statement when he says it will be much harder for him next year because that's true, maintaining the same form will show if he truly is a class player. That is yet to be seen people need to realise that.

Yes, but performances need to improve, I can't help but feel our luck will run out and the 3 big games we have to play are troubling me. Our defensive performance against Hull cannot be overlooked, it was dreadful and we were lucky not to lose.

He is overrated but that's not my point, he is still a very good player, and Balotelli wont even reach that, I just highlighted Zlatan and Ronaldo because they were both known for being very arrogant at Balotelli's age, difference was they actually put the work in, Zlatan idolised Brazilian ronaldo and wanted to follow in his foot steps and Cristiano is known for always staying back for more training.

Balotelli obviously had talent, I wanted him here over Costa because I honestly believed he will become a world class striker one day, but now after what I've seen at Liverpool he has blew that. So I'm very glad we didn't sign him. If you watched him play at Inter and City you would see how talented he was, at 18/19/20 scoring goals like he did in the top leagues that type of potential you would think he would be ballon d'or material one day but his attitude obviously lets him down massively. I liked some of his attitude, some of it is a bonus, he doesn't let the pressure get to him, but he doesn't care either and that's what will let him down massively, he doesn't work hard enough. He has so much talent and he just doesn't care, that's what separates him from the likes of Zlatan and Ronaldo who are arrogant.

He reminds me so much of Rafa Benitez, obviously not playing style, but he just says stupid things on purpose to please them and get in the Liverpool fans good books.

As for our defensive performance as shocking as it was against Hull, I think we have some problems upfront also, Luis certainly helps a lot better than Azpi does, I think it would be ideal to play Azpi right back sometimes but that just isn't going to happen.

I just want to see something different, which is why I'm really hoping for Cuadrado to hit the ground running but process has been slow, however if he doesn't start games how can he?

Some thought he was bad some thought he was good however I want Luis to be start playing more, I think his composure on the ball is quality, very good at the back. We seem to be very nippy at the back sometimes although that's probably just the nerves getting the better of me. However when he is on the ball I just feel comfortable. I am a huge Ivanovic fan, but after yesterdays display I would definitely like him to be dropped, obviously he wont but I hope he is.

Stoke away from what I've seen seem to be completely different from at home, however regardless almost every team is giving us a really good game. Probably going to be another nervous one. We will all be bald come the end of the season.

Regardless that some are naturally pessimistic, I don't think they should be able to and yes I'll use this term 'spout nonsense' during the game without expecting to be criticized for it, or even insulted for that matter. I don't like it personally, I much prefer to see optimism on the forum, not blind optimism obviously I like two sided arguments. However I don't see anything wrong with what was said by those who called out the pessimists. Anyway we have to start performing to a higher standard than this, it's been going on for months now, just not good enough. I was absolutely buzzing when we got off to that start, what got me upset mostly was not the fact they came back and we made mistakes, but the fact that it just turned out to be another sh*te performance from us in the end. I think we need a good performance under our belt to set us up proper. The players just aren't performing to a high standard, if we win the league or not, it's evident we need changes in the summer.

Can anybody remember the Barcelona Madrid game in 2010-2011 semi final? Mourinho's first season. My god, that was the worst game I've ever seen, I have never seen so much diving in all my life, the game must of had 30 minute stoppage time. The whistle blew literally every 10 seconds, players just going down everytime they touched.

You got to know though that JoeyN is like a commander, type of guy you want to follow into war, I think it's right that some of us get into line. Forum or not we are all human, it's for the best I think, I hate seeing a lot of idiotic comments on the forum including mine. We blew a 2-0 lead for sure, as shocking as it was we should also remain calm during a game and look at the positives. I saw some comments about us giving City the title because we screwed the lead up. I think that's type of stuff he is getting at.
