Welcome ULISES DAVILA
He's playing for them tonight. don't follow Vitesse, but you might be able to find a report on the game later. http://translate.google.ie/translate?sl=auto&tl=en&js=n&prev=_t&hl=en&ie=UTF-8&layout=2&eotf=1&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.vitesse.nl%2Fnieuws%2Fbericht%2Fvan-den-brom-wijzigt-elftal-niet%2F1885 Kalas playing as well. The link seems to say that they played last Saturday as well.

Unfortunately it seems like Welbeck and the twins are on list B, so they don't count towards squad numbers. I'd assume Cleverley is an association trained player.

Will Ryan Bertrand be given a chance to shine?
Because you want Ferriera as cover for Cole?

We can register 3 new players for the round of sixteen. Essien for Romeu will probably be one. ACON shouldn't affect the Champions League too much. Final is on the 12th of February, and the Champions League starts back the 14th.

We're supposed to have at least 8 locally trained players (club or assoccitaion), 4 being the most assocciation trained players. An assocciation trained player is somebody who spent three season in England or Wales before he was 21. Our 4 assocciation trained players are: Lampard, Cole, Danny, and Turnbull. Terry is obviously the only club trained. Bertrand counts as an assocciation trained player because of all the loans, so he can't be picked. Any player born after 1990 can go on list B as long as he's spent two uninterrupted years at the club. List B can be an unlimited number of players. If we kept PVA he could go on list B, and play no problem. Josh can play becasue he goes on list B. Becasue we only have 5 locally trained players the number of players we have can register is reduced down from 25, I assume that it's reduced down to whatever leaves us with 17 foreign players. So 22 is the max we can register. That's my interpertation anyway. Personally I would have liked to seen Hilario dropped for Lukaku, or Turnbull dropped for Bertrand. But AVB must think that's too risky.

"8.13 List A has to be submitted by the following fixed deadlines: a) 20 June 2011 (24.00 CET) for all matches in the first qualifying round; b) 7 July 2011 (24.00 CET) for all matches in the second qualifying round; c) 21 July 2011 (24.00 CET) for all matches in the third qualifying round; d) 8 August 2011 (24.00 CET) for all matches in the play-offs; e) 1 September 2011 (24.00 CET) for all further matches from the first match in the group stage up to and including the final." Now I'm even more confused. Change 1986 to 1990, just noticed the pdf I was reading was old. This is the pdf if anybody wants to read it.

The Arsenal list might be from when they had to qualify. Few teams might still have to send it in, but I'm pretty confused as well.

Seems official enough (although I don't quite trust UEFA). Had a quick look and utd's is here. Their list include List B, which ours doesn't. Don't know why that is. edit: I'm also wondering how Essien will fit in after January, when we can register a new list.

Then why is Romeu registered?

I don't think so. If under 21s could play Romeu wouldn't have to be registered but he's on the list anyway. Another thing is that PVA would of been on list B, but the club kept Bertrand who's not registered either (and not on list B afaik) which leaves Paulo and Luiz as cover for Cole. Does this mean the club has a lot of faith in Bertrand and think he's a lot better than PVA?

Josh is on List B. "17.13 Each club is entitled to register an unlimited number of players on List B during the season. 17.14 A player may be registered on List B if he is born on or after 1 January 1986 and has been eligible to play for the club concerned for any uninterrupted period of two years since his 15th birthday by the time he is registered with UEFA" That's for the Premier League, it's differnet for the Champions League, I think. Hopefully Lukaku gets to play a good bit in the Premier League now.

We need more people to come through the club. Not from other clubs.

Wallace
Was just thinking about this today as well. http://www.weaintgot...he-next-several I only found the site yesterday so not too sure how good it is, but everything seem well written at least. Would absolutely love if he came on as a good right back in the next few years, could save us shelling out for VDW or somebody just as overpriced. This is all I've actually seen of him, so its just blind hope at the moment. and I'm not even 100% it's him. edit: second goal is him... I think.

Chelsea v Wigan (PL) 09/04/11 KO 15:00 GMT
Have to agree that Malouda doesn't look great, not completely terrible (old Malouda would of scored at least two by now). And he still can't get the ball past the first man from corners.
