Football and its fans are fickle, he talks a good game about how he wants to play attacking football basically, if he delivers that and results people will get on side very quickly.

Scathing for the ownership, at this moment it won't make a jot of difference but the more stuff like this gets picked up the worse it makes them look.

If this doesn't work out and Rosenior gets pissed off with the hierarchy, surely that's when the investors need to look into what the hell Egbhali and the rest of the board are even doing.

If Rosenior can make a success of this then fair play. He's being set up to be the puppet and fall guy for this ownership. I have zero problem with him, but he'll count himself very lucky to be in this position. He's says the right things and speaks very well but we'll see how that translates on the pitch.

Good run of fixtures but we've got 9 games in January (8 after today) so that's very little time on the training pitch between matches.

I'm really not happy with the appointment, feels like the embodiment of everything that's wrong with the ownership, but that doesn't mean I won't get behind him and the team, it isn't their fault. As I've said before, Rosenior will be fully aware that he shouldn't be anywhere near this job this early in his career, but you can't blame him for taking it. Best of luck to the lad, he's gonna need it.
